L'Appartement Neptune à Mallorca

This lovely apartment is situated in a tranquil part of the island. All furniture and appliances are chosen with a lot of care and will ensure you a very comfortable holiday.

The Area Surrounding the Apartment
Son Caliu is located at around 15 minutes by car from Palma itself, add another 15 if you are travelling from the airport. It is near Portals and Illetes and it is a residential area with no high-rise hotels. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with everything you might need in form of restaurants, bars, cafés, farmacies etc. within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket and bakery is only a couple of blocks away.

Next to the apartment building is a little beach with fantastic turquoise water. This is the view from the apartment balcony as well - absolutely stunning. It might not be your private beach, but it almost feels like it is. You can access it through the garage entrance, which makes it very convenient.

This is also a good location for day trips around Mallorca, since it is easy to find your way back to the main road that leads to Palma and then out to the rest of the island.

The Apartment
The Neptune apartment itself is newly renovated, only high quality fittings and furniture were used and the result is charming and luxurious.

In the living room you find the sofa bed for an additional two persons, together with a flat screen TV and DVD as well as an iPod docking station for those bringing their music with them. From here you exit onto the balcony with a table and four chairs where you are certain to enjoy both breakfasts in the morning and cava in the evening!

The bedroom contains a double bed and plenty of space for your belongings. The bathroom is fully equipped and the apartment comes with sheets and towels.

An elegant kitchen is also a feature in the Neptune apartment. All equipment in here follows the white/black and stainless steel colour scheme and you will find everything you might need for cooking in.

There is a parking space in the garage that is included in the price per night. Most people choose to rent a car while spending time on the island and this makes it a lot more convenient!

This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family. The location is excellent and if you want to enjoy the charm of Mallorca you seldom find in the large resorts, look no further!
