It comprises of four detached apartments, five apartments in the main house, a pool, breakfast area and reception together with many acres of gardens and fruit trees. This is an ideal retreat for a relaxing and quiet holiday in the Mallorcan countryside. You are within easy reach of Pollença, Puerto Pollença, Alcudia and Sa Pobla and the beaches are only 10 minutes away by car.

The complex suits couples looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, full of style and comfort. There is a breakfast service available every morning for a small charge and dinner is available some nights of the week. The reception will keep you informed.

There is a barbecue area at your disposal and a laundry service available. At reception they can also help you book your activities in the area, from horse riding to concerts.

The apartment:

The Sequer apartment has a unique Mallorcan look, blending the old with the new. The antique bed in the bedroom adds an authentic feel to this detached house and like the rest of the house the bathroom has been carefully renovated to be superbly modern, yet retaining the old style. The bathroom comes with towels and dressing gowns for your comfort.

The private terrace invites you out to a wonderful view of the countryside. There are sun loungers, table and chairs provided for long afternoons in the sun or a glass of wine in the evening.

Lounge and kitchen come fully equipped. Satellite TV, DVD and a stereo will make sure that you can curl up in the sofa relaxing after the day's activities. The kitchen contains all utensils you might need and there is also a mini bar available.

If you are travelling with a child, there are cots and extra beds available at Son Siurana, making this apartment sleep three family members. A cot is 10€/night and an extra bed 35€/night.
