L'Appartement Talaia 2A à Puerto Pollença

Puerto Pollença is popular with visitors of all ages. The traditional Mallorquian harbour has turned into a bustling marina full of bars, shops and restaurants. The Talaia apartments are situated within easy walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the center, and the location is very quiet.

The apartment

The lovely, bright Talaia 2A duplex apartment features both a balcony and a roof terrace. The balcony leads out from the lounge with dining table and chairs for you to be able to have breakfast or dine outside in the sunshine, or why not enjoy a glass of wine during the warm evenings. There is also a fantastic roof terrace, off the third bedroom on the top floor of the apartment. The terrace is very spacious, complete with sun loungers, table and chairs for you to really optimise your sun intake during the holiday!

To get to Pine Walk and the beach, you walk around to the street behind the Talaia building and take the short cut to the beach across the building in front which is owned by the same owners. That is how close and convenient it is!

The lounge in the apartment is bright and the comfortable sofas a perfect resting place after a hard day on the beach. You have access to satellite TV here as well.

The kitchen is spacious and contains all items necessary to make your holiday a hassle fee one. Kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. all at your disposal. There is also a washing machine in this area together with ironing board and iron.

As you walk in through the hallway, you have a bedroom and a bathroom in front of you/to the right. The main bedroom and en suite bathroom are located further to the left, off the hallway. Both bathrooms come with bathtub, toilet and bidet and are light and modern in style.

The third bedroom is located on the top floor. The stairs in the hallway lead straight up to this spacious bedroom area and this is also where you access the roof terrace. The third bedroom ceiling is sloped, as you can see on the picture. There is a wardrobe for your belongings here as well as in the other bedrooms.

The entire Talaia apartment is air conditioned for your convenience - with a separate air conditioning unit upstairs to make sure all bedrooms are nice and cool during the summer months - and comes with bedlinen and towels.
