The area surrounding the apartment
Sa Pobla is a typical Mallorquian town on the island's north side. It is well communicated with the rest of the island (Palma, airport, beaches) as it has easy access to the main motorway. The town itself is quiet and will let you experience the Mallorquian way of life, something that resorts like Alcudia, Puerto Pollença and others cannot offer in the same way.

For guests looking for a tranquil location combined with easy access to places for climbing, cycling or walking, this is the perfect apartment. You will need a rental car to get around, which is the case for most places on the island.

The apartment
The apartment is situated in a town house built in the traditional way but completely renovated. As you enter you have a hallway with plenty of space for bicycles, diving gear, golf clubs or whatever activity you are there to pursue. On this entrance floor you will also find the bathroom, fully equipped with bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and towels.

Walking up the stairs you encounter yourself in the main living/kitchen area. The kitchen is very modern and contains all the utensils you will need to make a meal should you opt for a night in instead of savouring the local cuisine. The living room section features some antique pieces of furniture that together with the beams in the ceiling and the wooden details help create a traditional feeling to an otherwise very modern space.

A wooden staircase, custom built for the apartment, leads up to the mezzanine floor. The landing in the middle leads out to the pretty terrace where you can have breakfast or perhaps use the barbeque during a warm summer evening. The terrace is shared with the house next doors (where the owners live), but they will not use it while there are guests in the Vivaldi unless otherwise agreed.

The mezzanine floor holds two large beds, configured as a double. They are also of the more traditional kind, which goes well with the modern lighting and wardrobe also found on this floor. During the winter there will be heating provided both here and on the main floor for your comfort.
