L'Appartement Vargas à Mallorca

The apartment is situated in Ciudad Jardin, a sleepy seaside town just outside Palma renown for its fantastic seafood restaurants. You have the beach just a couple of hundred meters down the road where a lovely beach walk takes you in to Palma itself. A nice idea might be to rent a bicycle and take the bike lane in to the city!

Vargas is also ideally situated for activities such as golfing or sailing. You have several courses within a very short distance. If you do not have that kind of activity in mind, the location makes it a good choice as it is easy to get to from the airport and Palma alike. For most places on the island a rental car is a must, but here you can also enjoy your holiday without one! The only problem might be that you miss out on other things Mallorca has to offer, there is a parking space available for rent in the garage of the building to enable you not to have to worry about finding a parking space when you get back from your excursions.

The bright and airy Vargas apartment comprises of a living room area where you can relax after a day by the beach. There is a flat screen TV as well as a DVD provided for entertainment. The kitchen is across the hallway and comes fully equipped for you to be able to use it as much or as little as you like: the convenience of a dishwasher and a coffee machine is an extra bonus! In the washing room off the kitchen there is a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Further down the hall you reach one bedroom with twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space, and one bedroom containing a double bed and another large wardrobe. Details in the bedrooms such as full length mirror and make up mirror with shelf will surely be appreciated!

There is a third, smaller room that you can use as a storage room for bags, golf clubs and other items that you do not wish to take up space in the bedrooms or in the lounge. The bathroom contains a full size bath and comes with towels and bathroom.
