Puerto Pollença is popular with visitors of all ages. The traditional Mallorquian harbour has turned into a bustling marina full of bars, shops and restaurants. The Ses Oliveres apartment is situated within easy walking distance of the hustle and bustle of the centre, and the location is very quiet.

The spacious three bedroom apartent also features three balconies and two large terraces, perfect for uninterrupted sunbathing during the sunny season, which here on Mallorca is most of the year! The bigger terrace is accessed through the lounge and comes fully equipped with furniture and even a barbecue for your use. The roof terrace is accessed via an external staircase and is ideal for those looking to maximise the tanning experience!

The lounge itself is spacious and bright and turns into a dining area/kitchen. This is the perfect space to relax after a hard day on the beach or out sightseeing. There is a TV and DVD at your disposal in here. In the wintertime, why not sit down in front of the pretty wood burner and read a good book?

Off the dining area you will also find the larger of the three balconies with a table and chairs. The dining table itself is large and perfect if you decide on eating in one night. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all utensils you might need for your stay such as dishwasher, pots and pans etc.

The main en suite bedroom, the other two bedrooms, the bathroom and the utility room all share the same hallway. The main bedroom has access to the main terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidé and sink. The second bathroom serves guests in bedroom two and three and also contains bath/shower, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms come with towels ready for your use.

Bedroom two features a double bed, bedroom three two single beds that can be pushed together to form a third double. Both these bedrooms have a small balcony. All three bedrooms in the Ses Oliveres have individual air conditioning units to ensure that all guests are kept comfortable.
