L'appartement:
Vous pourrez trouver tout ce que vous désirez pour un séjour parfait. C'est un endroit lumineux, une décoration que tout le monde souhaite pour sa propre maison, et qui dispose de tout le nécessaire.
L'appartement a deux chambres, et une sorte de mezanine qui donne sur le salon et qui peut se convertir en 3ème chambre, et qui communique beaucoup avec le reste de l'appartement. Cependant, étant en hauteur, il y a quand même une certaine intimité.
Ce qui surprend est la fonctionnalité et la design, qui donne la possibilité de loger 8 personnes, avec deux lits individuels, 2 lits doubles standards et un canapé-lit. Une des chambres doubles est une sorte de petit loft à l'intérieur de l'appartement. En effet, une porte nous amène jusqu'une salle de bain verte avec douche et son escalier pour accéder à l'autre mezanine oú se trouve le lit. La chambre comporte aussi un dressing. Elle est bien exposée ce qui la rend lumineuse
La seconde chambre profite également de la lumiére extérieure. Un placard, et deux lits individuels, dont un, celui du dessous, qui est extensible.
De plus, l'appartement compte une autre salle de bain avec une baignoire tape-à-l'oeil,en pierre granit. En règle générale, ont peut dire que la maison est agréable à vivre. Cet aspect harmonieux a été obtenue au moyen d'une décoration, mélangeant l'ancien bois des fenetres et du sol, avec les tons clairs, épurés des murs(Gris clair, bleu ciel ...) et le blanc qui varie selon les endroits pour créer des profondeurs ou des ombres.
Sans aucun doute, le choix parfait.

The neighborhood of La Latina is known as the Austrian or the Habsburg Madrid, it is the oldest part of town, the medieval and Renaissance Madrid. Its name comes from the Austrian Habsburg dynasty, which reigned in Spain until 1700 and to which belongs to the important kings Philip II and Carlos I. The zone incorporates the small streets around the Calle Mayor, the Plaza de la Villa, where you find the City Council, the plaza de la Paja and the Plaza Mayor.
This neighborhood has a charm that makes it a favorite of both tourists and the local people of Madrid. It is one of the neighborhoods that provides the richest sense of authenticity and the real identity of Madrid. It is also surrounded, without the need for long journeys, with a long list of museums, cinemas, theaters and emblematic monuments where you can experience the culture of Madrid, both rich and varied. From the Iglesia de San Francisco el Grande you can go all the way to the Carrera de San Francisco. The Museum of the Chapel of San Isidro also recounts the archaeological past of the city. It also contains an art exhibition and the traditions associated with the patron saint of Madrid, San Isidro.
The street Cava Baja, close to here, has excellent restaurants, among them the renowned Lucio. In the Plaza de la Cebada originally the local market, which was demolished in 1956 and rebuilt as we see it today. From there, look for the calle Almendro and the famous tavern with the same name. Not far away is Plaza de Cascorro, in the heart of the popular street there is a Sunday market held, the Rastro: the outdoor market well known throughout Spain, which takes place every Sunday.
