Situé dans une rue emblématique du quartier historique de Madrid, à seulement cinq minutes à pied du Musée Prado ou de la Place de Neptune. En quelques mots, il s'agit d'une situation idéale.
Quiconque choisira cet appartement sera comblé. Il s’agit d’un lieu récemment rénové et meublé, lumineux et propre avec une prédominance de tons clairs qui donne à l'appartment un aspect de fraicheur.
L’appartement:
L’appartement Prado III est un lieu parfait, avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains complètement équipées, et qui plaira à tous les locataires: familles, amis, ou professionnels. Situé dans un immeuble ancien rénové dont la façade a été également totalement rénovée, l'appartement se trouve au second étage et l'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur.
Le blanc et les couleurs claires sont majoritaires dans la décoration de cet appartement. Ce dernier a été pensé afin de vous offrir le plus de confort possible, en effet, l’appartement est totalement équipé : air conditionnée, chauffage électrique indépendant, internet, etc. et, bien évidemment, la cuisine est totalement équipée pour un agréable séjour.
Une des chambres dispose d’un lit double et l’autre de deux lits simples. Le salon, très agréable, se compose de deux fauteuils noirs individuels de très bon goût et un fauteuil pour 3 personnes. Il y a une télévision à écran plasma avec toutes les chaines locales. Tout cela rendra vos moments de repos très agréables.

Huertas
The area of Huertas only 5 minutes walk from Sol with Calle Huertas the centrepiece. Also known as the Barrio de las Letras (District of the Letters) for hosting such well-known writers Miguel de Cervantes, Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, Tirso de Molina - lived during the 17th century. The area is located in the heart of the city. Full of small alleys filled with exquisite cafes, local live music and restaurants where you can find good priced cuisine and exotic drinks from all around the world.
Plaza de Santa Ana is the heart of the neighbourhood, where the famous Spanish Theater, and many cafes, beer gardens and terraces that occupy almost the whole square, one of the main meeting points of the city both local and foreign visitors. The city government has given Santa Ana a face lift in recent years, from seedy to posh. The streets radiating off Plaza de Santa Ana, are packed with Tapas bars and disco-pubs, popular as much among Spaniards as with an international crowd.
The eastern border of Huertas is Paseo del Prado, also known as Paseo de los Artes or "Boulevard of the Arts," which lies between the emblematic Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta de Atocha. The southern border is calle Atocha, which runs all the way from the train station to Plaza Mayor, and the northern border is Carrera de San Jerónimo, which ends at Puerta del Sol.

There was a ton of room for the three of us, and the location was great.
It would have been nice to have more specific directions to the apartment. The numbers on the streets didn't align well, (9 was not across from 10, it was more like 15) so it took us some time to find it. the doors were also really tricky to figure out as well so some instructions on those would have been nice.

It was in an excellent location, very central for everything in Madrid. It was great that it had 2 bathrooms. We felt very safe in the apartment. The heating was effecient and easy to control. It was comfortable and well equipped.

Die Wohnung war genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Sehr gute Lage sowohl in die Innenstadt als auc zu den wichtigsten Museen.Es ist wirklich alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Mit Sicherheit ideal um auch länger darin zu wohnen.

Loved this apartment. Rennovated, beautifully decorated, very cool bathrooms, ideal location. I could easily live there. I liked that it was on a quiet street near the Prado and close to pedestrian streets, restaurants, shops, tapas bars. But, it was away from the crowded Plaza del Sol area.
