Cet appartement est situé dans le coeur du vieux Madrid, c'est un délice pour tout visiteur. L'endroit est spacieux, il y a également beaucoup de lumière et un grand confort.
Les balcons donnent sur la Place de Tirso de Molina, un des endroits le plus madrilène et emblématique de la ville, qui a été transformé en Marché des Fleurs. Juste á côté, se déroule le grand Marché aux Puces, le mythique Rastro. Chaque dimanche, les rues et les places, sont remplies de stands avec leurs marchans mais aussi rempli de vie.
L'appartement:
Un appartement très rare à trouver. Avec un grand salon, salle à manger, grand hall et grands espaces en général.
L'entrée est à côté de la salle à manger sur la gauche. A cet endroit se trouve une fantastique table en verre avec deux colonnes blanches et des sièges dossier haut en bois pour six personnes. À gauche, un original arc relie la salle à manger au salon. Ici, on trouve un grand sofa trois places, un fauteuil avec une grande table basse. Idéal pour profiter et se détendre à la fin de la journée. Il y a une TV écran plat TFT et DVD. Il y a aussi un bureau avec chaises pour travailler avec de la lumière venant de l'extérieur.
Il faut faire attention à un petit détail qui n'est pas négligeable et qui est curieux, qui est, le sol est en carreaux d'époque.
À droit la grande cuisine est décoré avec des meubles en blanc neuf. Très bien équipée avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes et tous c'est qu'il faut). Dans la cuisine il y a un balcon extérieur lumineux.
Dans le couloir on peut trouver les chambres et les salles de bain. Trois chambres. La chambre principale avec un lit double décoré en fer de forge et une cheminée, très particulière. Dans la plus grande chambre, il y a deux lits individuels. Et dans la plus petite il y a un lit individuel et un canapé-lit qui est aussi individuel. Le sol des chambres est en bois rendant l'accueil plus chaleureuse.
Les deux salles de bains sont complètement équipées et comportent toutes les deux des baignoires.
Lappartement dispose d'une connexion internet WIFI, chauffage indépendant et climatisation.

The neighborhood of La Latina is known as the Austrian or the Habsburg Madrid, it is the oldest part of town, the medieval and Renaissance Madrid. Its name comes from the Austrian Habsburg dynasty, which reigned in Spain until 1700 and to which belongs to the important kings Philip II and Carlos I. The zone incorporates the small streets around the Calle Mayor, the Plaza de la Villa, where you find the City Council, the plaza de la Paja and the Plaza Mayor.
This neighborhood has a charm that makes it a favorite of both tourists and the local people of Madrid. It is one of the neighborhoods that provides the richest sense of authenticity and the real identity of Madrid. It is also surrounded, without the need for long journeys, with a long list of museums, cinemas, theaters and emblematic monuments where you can experience the culture of Madrid, both rich and varied. A mere two minutes walk from the emblematic sites of Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, the Gran Via and the Retiro Park. The metro station in La Latina is at the heart of this neighborhood, making it the most efficient and easy way of getting to the area particularly due to its high traffic and busy pedestrian streets.
From the Iglesia de San Francisco el Grande you can go all the way to the Carrera de San Francisco. The Plaza San Andrés is dominated by the dome of the chapel of San Isidro, which houses the museum of the same name. The museum shows much of the history of Madrid, from its beginnings as a fortress to its birth as a Muslim metropolis. The Museum of the Chapel of San Isidro also recounts the archaeological past of the city. It also contains an art exhibition and the traditions associated with the patron saint of Madrid, San Isidro.
The street Cava Baja, close to here, has excellent restaurants, among them the renowned Lucio. In the Plaza de la Cebada originally the local market, which was demolished in 1956 and rebuilt as we see it today. From there, look for the calle Almendro and the famous tavern with the same name. Not far away is Plaza de Cascorro, in the heart of the popular street there is a Sunday market held, the Rastro: the outdoor market well known throughout Spain, which takes place every Sunday.
