Barcelone: location court terme d'appartements

The guest staying at the Simbad apartment will be delighted with their choice.... this large apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to four guests comfortably....

The area surrounding the apartemnt;

The location of this apartment is great; the guest is within walking distance of El Born, (10 minutes or so) one of the nicest gothic quarters, full of cobbled streets, one off boutiques, cafes, bars and many restaurants to choose from, and from there to the rest of the sights, such as Barri Gotic, las Ramblas, Port Vell, etc..... this apartment also borders the Ciutadella Park. a large park well worth visiting while in Barcelona, here the guest can find Barcelona's zoo... in a straight line down from the apartment, about 7 blocks at most, the guest staying at the Simbad apartment will reach the beach and the Port Olimpic area of Barcelona.. this area is also wonderful and full of trendy bars and restaurants that face out onto the beach with some lovely views of the sea....

The apartment;

The Simbad is very much a modern apartment, full of sleek, clean lines ... a very spacious one bedroom apartment, this apartment has approximately 140m2 and the guest will enjoy the openess and space...

As the guest walks into the apartment the large hallway leads into the very large living/dining areawhich comes with a fantastic dining table and chairs for all the guests to enjoy... the kitchen looks onto this great area, and is on a par with the rest of the apartment.. it comes fully equipped with all the mod-cons necessary to prepare any kind of meal and to ensure the guests hassle free stay in the Simbad apartment...although the kitchen is seperated from this area it is not completely private, as the division is a half wall so the guests can still chat while preparing any meal they should choose to.... there are some lovely bar stools where the guests can sit and chit chat while preparing a meal... behind the kitchen is one of the two full bathrooms, which comes with shower, toilet, sink, etc... fresh towels are of course provided and ready for use upon arrival...

In the furthermost corner of the living room the guests will find the staircase to the upper level; here the guests will find a spacious living area with a sleek looking TV, DVD... this great sofa is also where the 3rd and 4th guests will sleep... leading on from this area through the doors, the guest will find the main bedroom; this bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space for all the guests' belongings.... also, the second bathroom is located on this level and comes with a bath/shower unit, toilet, sink, etc... both bathrooms are top of the line and "designer", ensuring the guests will feel the "luxury" everywhere in this apartment..

The look of this apartment is modern, however, the Simband is a very comfortable apartment and the fantastic hardwood floor throughout, along with all the lovely unique artwork, adds a great feeling of warmth and colour, making the guest feel right at home from the moment they walk in.... the large windows at the far end of the apartment allow for plenty of natural light to come in making this apartment a cheery and very pleasant choice for your visit to Barcelona.....
