The newly renovated apartment with a warm colour theme makes the ideal setting for a great vacation in Barcelona. Modern and elegant, it is centrally located next to the old town of Barcelona, and not far from the Gothic Quarter.

The area surrounding the apartment:

The Mediterraneo apartment is ideally situated between the old port of Barcelona or Port Vell and the gothic trendy area of El Born in Barcelon and the old port area at the bottom of Las Ramblas. With both the beach and downtown within easy walking distance this is a great apartment from which to plan out each day of your visit.. lots of shopping, harbourside seafood treats, movies by the sea along with bars, discos and a world famous - apparently Europe's biggest - aquarium have made this the perfect area for Barcelona's stopoff point to the Mediterranean.

Also an eight minutes' walk away guests are treated to the trendy gothic El Borne district with its wonderful example of gothic architecture in the magnificent church Santa Maria del Mar.
