The Rosa II apartment is located just at the edge of the old city in Barcelona, in what would be considered a more residential area but still within easy access of all areas of interest, like the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, and nearest of all, Paseo de Gracia and El Borne. Not far from the apartment are Plaza de Tetuan and the imposing modernist Arc de Triomf with its unusual Islamic-style brickwork. The apartment offers a quiet reprive from the bustling and very busy Las Ramblas but is close enough for guests to walk the ten to 15 minutes to where the action is. There is a superb food and produce market called La Boqueria just off La Rambla and in the opposite direction a block away .

The Rosa II apartment has been renovated and modernized while carefully conserving the original charm of its 1900's architecture.

This 2nd floor apartment is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends or couples and caters to their every need. There are three bedrooms in this apartment, two of which have a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds; one of the double bedrooms opens up onto another area which can be made private by closing the double doors, here there is a sofa bed for two of the guests. In this area you will also find high bar stools and a "bar" area, as you can see in the photos above; this area can be used as a sleeping area or as somewhere the guests can chill out during some relax time...

The living/dining area of the apartment has a comfortable couch and the guests can sit back and enjoy the TV, DVD, etc that can be found in this room. There is plenty of natural light in this apartment which added to the colourfull decor, make this apartment an extremely "alegre" and welcoming apartment. Just off of the main kitchen there is a room which has a dining table and chairs for the guests use.

The bathroom is fresh and modern and comes with shower and bath unit, sink, toilet, etc. Again the use of bright sunny colours make this a pleasant bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, washing machine and all the comforts of home. Bed linens, bathroom paper and clean towels are all provided.
