This beautiful apartment is in an area called Diagonal Mar located to the northeast of the old city about a 10 minute metro ride from Ciutat Vella. Only 2 minutes walk to the CCIB convention center which is now used as one of Barcelona's more important venues and 300 metres walk to the beach and Port Forum. It is in a brand new residential building, only 7 minutes taxi ride to the historical Rambles and historic city, or why not take a tram ride, located right outside the building.

The Sky apartment is located about 10 minutes metro ride from Barcelona's old city centre. It is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach itself. There is also a large commercial centre at a 2 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.

There is a swimming pool in the grounds of this apartment which is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city...

The apartment:

The Sky apartment is on the top floor of a brand new building, built in 2008. On entering the apartment you find yourself in the comfortable and stylish living/dining area where you will find a comfortable sofa which converts into a double bed for the fifth and sixth guests. The apartment is equipped with TV and DVD for your enjoyment if you can pull yourself away from the stunning panoramic views from the floor the ceiling windows...The dining table can comfortably seat six people and the adjoining open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons that you would expect to find in an apartment of this standard, including microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, etc...You will also find a guest toilet on this floor.

Going downstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom complete with bath/shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has ample wardrobe space.

The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin and fresh towels are supplied for use on arrival.

Going upstairs from the living room, you will find the wonderful 38m2 terrace. The views from here are incredible...possible one of the best views in Barcelona! This is a wonderful area to eat al fresco during the warm summer months as the terrace has a large outdoor dining table and chairs to make your stay here as comfortable as possible.
