The Luana apartment is situated in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. When looking to experience Barcelona's world renowned reputation for leading 19th century architecture, this area is king. There are many "must see" attractions in this area, especially the Gaudí sites - the impressive and famous Sagrada Familia, the two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló located on the equally famous Paseo de Gracia which is not far from this great apartment...;

This area is not far at all from all the wonderufl sights that Barcelona's Ciutat Vella has to offer... El Born, Barrio Gotico and the famous La Rambla are only a 10 min metro/taxi/bus journey from this apartment....
El Borne area, one of Barcelona's oldest neighbourhoods is made up of an intricate maze of plaças and squares all interconnected by narrow, medieval streets where you will find lots of trendy boutiques and great bars, cafes and restaurants.

Another option for the visitor staying at this great Barcelona apartment is to visit the Gothic quarter situated right in the heart of the old town. This is the area that fell within the medieval walls and, until 150 years ago, made up the entire city of Barcelona. The area is a body of interconnecting narrow, cobble stoned streets where you can potter around for hours and explore the shops and restaurants.

Delightfully high standard apartment with the original features typical of an Eixample apartment but combined with modern design.

The building is fantastic, it is a "finca regia" on a semi-pedestrianised street just above Av Diagonal and in easy walking distance (15 mins)to the top of Paseo de Gracia and just three blocks from the maginificent Sagrada Familia.

You enter this recently refurbished apartment directly into the open plan kitchen / dining room. The really wonderful open plan kitchen area is fitted with state of the art appliances with a large central island. This room is semi-open and has lots of natural light. The living room in this apartment has a french balcony onto the street.

There are two bedrooms - the master bedroom comes with a double bed and the second bedroom comes with two single beds. For further guests the sofa is a comfortable double sofa bed and can sleep two... the Luana apartment also comes with two AC units, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom to ensure the guests are kept cool during hot summer months...

An elegantly presented and modern bathroom has two basins and a large double shower.
