The Poe apartment is located on Avenida Diagonal, Barcelona's main thoroughfare traversing one side of the city to the other in a diagonal slant.... access to downtown and Citutat Vella is a quick 7-8 min metro ride from Monumental which is on the purple line; this metro stop is located one and a half blocks from this fantastic apartment....

The area where the Poe apartment is located is known as Eixample and some of the landmarks within walking distance are the Sagrada Familia, Les Glories open air flea market and the huge Glories mall as well as the outstanding Torre Agba, a sight to behold, especially whenit's red and blue lights blaze in the night... another monument close to the Poe apartment is the Plaza de Torros .....

A quick 7-8 minute metro ride will have you in Paseo de Gracia and from there the visitor can make their way to Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas and the famous Boqueria market with all it's wonderful food produce... other areas of interest are the trendy el Born, full of one off boutiques, fabulous shoe shops and fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants... the Barrio Gotico will also keep the visitor entertained with all it's charm, as the visitor wanders through all the small plazas interconnected via small cobbled streets gazing upon increadible landmarks such as the Gothic Cathedral and ancient roman ruins .....

This great apartment is located on the ground floor of it's building on the main road known as "la diagonal" with easy access to all areas via metro, bus and taxis. The public transport in Barcelona is very good and taxi's are inexpensive...
