This spacious apartment with access to it's very own roof terrace is located on the fourth floor with ELEVATOR in the heart of the colourful Raval district, right next to the central tourist area of Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya.


The area surrounding the apartment :

The Nina apartment is located in the multi-ethnic, neighbourhood of the RAVAL, the westernmost area of the old town Ciutat Vella, and is the district which has undergone one of the most radical transformations, through the creation of a central activities zone which takes us from the Drassanes to Plaça Universitat. The MACBA, the CCCB, and the Rambla del Raval... are key landmarks in the neighbourhood which complement the traditional activities of the Ramblas, the Liceu and the Boqueria market.

PLEASE NOTE;Be warned this is colourful multi-ethnic neighbourhood, while some holiday makers really enjoy this living experience others may prefer a more polished neighbourhood.

The apartment:

This spacious one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator, the apartment is modern and uniquely decorated and is dominated by the wonderful hardwood floors throughout and the use of colour, high ceilings.

The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for the guests to store their belongings; it also comes with an ensuite bathroom that can only be accessed through this bedroom. This great apartment has another sleeping area which although slightly seperate from the rest of the living room, it is in no way private from the rest of the apartment; the Nina apartment also comes with a comfotable sofa bed, should there be children in your party there is a possibility of utilizing this feature, in which case the guest should contact us at the office directly to book and be informed of pricing.

This great apartment comes with two full bahtrooms; as mentioned above, one of the bathrooms is en-suite and the other is independant. One bathroom comes with a bath/shower unit and the other only with a shower unit, toilet, sink, etc... fresh towels are ready for use upon arrival...

The kitchen is sleek and modern and comes fully equipped should the guest decide to prepare a meal or have a quick breakfast before heading out to see all that this great city has to offer....

The Nina apartment comes with internet connection, AC/Heat to ensure the guests comfort throughout the year...

Let us not forget the fantastic terrace which is for the sole use of the guests of this apartment; PLEASE NOTE the terrace is accessded via half a flight of stairs up from the apartment door... this area is ideal for al fresco dinners, or should you choose to sample some fine penedes wine along with some fantastic "fuet" or "manchego" cheese from the amazing Boqueria Market...
