Apartamento con mucho estilo en la zona de la Alameda en Sevilla
El Apartamento
Moderno y luminoso apartamento de tres dormitorios con mucho estilo.
En la primera planta el dormitorio principal dispone de una confortable cama de matrimonio, el segundo tiene una cama nido que se convierte en dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados amplios para guardar sus pertenencias. Este apartamento de dos plantas tiene el tercer dormitorio en la parte de arriba (cama de matrimonio) con baño y grandes ventanales que dan acceso a una terraza privada!
La zona del salón/comedor es luminosa, con mucha luz natural. La cocina independiente está totalmente equipada para que pueda preparar sus platos favoritos. En la zona del comedor encontrará una mesa y sillas a su disposición, y en el salón, un confortable sofá que puede convertirse en un sofá-cama doble. También hay un sillón convirtiendo la zona en un sitio ideal para relajarse o ver la televisión.
Los dos baños están equipados con ducha y lavabo. A su llegada, encontrará toallas limpias a su disposición.
Realmente un apartamento muy especial!

Alameda
Este barrio se considera por muchos como el nuevo barrio de moda. Este área abierta en el centro de Sevilla ha sufrido varias transformaciones y muchos de los antiguos edificios han sido completamente reformados y restaurados. En Alameda de Hércules hay una gran variedad de bares y restaurantes y un paseo dónde se pasean familias. Los niños pueden disfrutar de una zona de juegos con total seguridad y los visitantes pueden dar un bonito paseo.
En esta zona crecen muchos Alamos, de ahí su nombre. Hay dos columnas gigantes de tiempos romanos, una de las cuales soporta una estátua de Hércules, que según reza la leyenda, fue el fundador de Sevilla. La iglesia más Antigua de Sevilla, Omnium Sancotrum, se encuentra en la Calle Feria, a pocos minutos de distancia y junto al Mercado barrial. El mercado es un lugar excelente para hacer la compra e incluso para probar algunos de los productos locales y tapas recién preparadas en los bares colindantes.

We traveled to Seville as part of a longer vacation last summer. We were so taken with the place we decided to come back in late January with some friends to celebrate my (large number goes here) birthday. We stayed for 8 nights, and in total there was 6 of us. The place is definitely a luxury apartment. Decorated very nicely and borders on trendy.Wonderful marble and new tile throughout. Modern everything. Everything was new and in very good working order. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, lots of plates, bowls, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. All new and visually appealing. In addition the fridge was large by European standards, and there was a toaster, hand blender, juicer, water kettle, coffee maker, cutting board, decent knives, dishwasher and washing machine. Upon were provided with a map to information about pharmacies, restaurants and bars, taxi's, grocery markets, emergency contact info, transportation info, etc. We were shown around and got an explanation about how to use everything including the very nice flat-screen with cable, the wireless internet and instruction on use of the keys for the doors and decks. the washing machine and the dishwasher. We were provided with a phone number but we did not need to contact them until we wanted to arrange for a check out time. There are 3 bedrooms. We had 3 couples. There is a master bedroom up the stairs and has its own deck, which we all used, and its own bath. The deck was amazing and although it was rather cold we sat out on it and had drink a couple of times. Would love to come back when it is warmer and take advantage of the ample seating, table and lounge chairs. There was plenty of storage for clothes and although this in the only room with out a closet, they provided an very useful garment rack that had a place to hold the bags on the bottom and we were able to hang up all of our clothes, I think I had at least 20 items hung up. It also has some hooks for hanging a robe, sweater or whatever. There was plenty of hangers. The other 2 rooms were large and had large closets with dressers. 1 room has a big double bed, the other has 2 twin beds, which we pushed together for 1 couple to share and they said it was very comfortable. There is also a deck on the main floor not quite as big, but big enough for our party of 6. It was also handy since one of the guests is/was a smoker and he could go out to smoke. There are 2 flights of stair that lead up to the apartment so if you have special needs that might be a problem. The apartment is very close to Alameda De Hercules, which is an historic square with many good bars and restaurants and a rather busy night life (not so close that you can hear the goings on) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Alameda,_Seville. And there is also an older square the Plaza Lorenzo in the other direction that has some more established and traditional bars and restaurants. Also there are 2 cash machine in Plaza Lorenzo (these are both on the provided map. Also there is a new tapas bar kitty corner from the apartment that is also very new, trendy and amazingly inexpensive. It is called Lubreras (like the street name). We had breakfast here in the morning and then ventured out by foot to explore each day. Seville is one of Europe's most beautiful cities. If you have a big party or just want all the comforts of home, this is the perfect place to stay while in Seville. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the BEST place we stayed at for the last three weeks in Spain. We love the location because it was in the local area of town. Great food, great people and the rental host was very friendly and extremely helpful. We even had the opportunity to meet the designer of the apartment. It was perfect. I would recommend this Apartment to many friends!! Excellent place to stay in Seville!
