El Apartamento San Julian en Sevilla

The San Julian Apartment is a charming and welcoming open plan one bedroom apartment in the centre of Seville.....

The apartment is located in an area which is normally not full of tourists, so the guest will be able to get a feel for the real Seville.

The area surrounding the Apartment;

The San Julian Apartment is surrounded by beautiful old churches and squares, well worth walking around the area and at the same time guests can sample delicious home made tapas and food in one of the many local bars .

As with most of our apartments this property is really no different with regards to location. Situated in the old quarter most "must-see" monuments are within walking distance, some further than others but nothing is really more than a 20 minute walk from the house.

About a 15 minute walk away the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar (palace well worth a visit). Five minutes from that you are at the river, with the Torre del Oro and a bit further along is the Maestranza bullring....

The main shopping area is also close by, after visiting all the great sights and monuments you can continue to walk another 10-15 minutes through the town, and you are in the main commerical area of Seville, the streets Tetuán, Sierpes and Cuna are within minutes of each other as is El Corte Inglés. Great shopping for all!

The Apartment;

This recently refurbished apartment is open plan and is brand new.

As you come through the door you are in the main living area with an open plan kitchen, fully equiped with everything guests will need for making meals to have in the apartment.

The living area has a comfortable sofa and table and chairs for sitting down after a great day to have some tasty food and some vino. It is bright and comfortable just what you need to relax....

There is a small corridor to the sleeping area. Here two single beds have been placed together, should the guest so wish there is enough room to seperate them. The room has a large wardrobe for all the guest's clothes.

The bathroom is off the bedroom, it has a wash basin, WC and shower again all brand new and guests will find nice fluffy towels for their use.

This is a great apartment and it is sure not to disappoint!
