Dos vistas inolvidables de París
Situado en inmediata proximidad de la colina de Montmartre, el apartamento Haut Perché le permitirá aprovechar plenamente el ambiente de pueblo del barrio de Abbesses.
También en inmediata proximidad está la linea de metro 12 (parada Abbesses), que le da acceso directo al corazón histórico de París (parada Concorde) mientras que la línea 2 (parada Pigalle) le permite acceder a las Campos Elíseos y todos los otros destinos imprescindibles de la ciudad.
El apartamento:
Una bonita reforma se ha llevado a cabo en este apartamento situado en un 6º piso sin ascensor. Un pequeño esfuerzo, bueno para mantenerse en forma, que tiene como resultado una magnífica sorpresa: ¡dos vistas inolvidables de París!
Inmediatamente a la derecha desde la entrada, una cocina compacta y completamente equipada está a su entera disposición para preparar sus platos preferidos.
A la izquierda, le espera la zona del salón. Un soberbio sofá cama (para 2, 160cm) le permitirá aprovechar todo el confort moderno (televisor LCD, conexión a Internet)… a no ser que prefiera soñar con los ojos abiertos mientras contempla Sacré Cœur, justo en frente.
¿Harto de esta vista? ¡Hemos pensado en todo!
Al otro extremo del apartamento, en la zona de descanso dotada de una cama doble (140 cm), le ofrecemos un panorama increíble de París, con su punto fuerte...¡la Torre Eiffel!
Por último, una ducha italiana le brindará alivio y relax tras una larga jornada de visitas.

Montmartre
Montmartre, un barrio imprescindible de París… ¡que merece!
Accesible por la línea 2 de metro (parada Anvers), deberá subir a pie o en funicular 130 metros hasta la cima para poder visitar la célebre Basílica del Sagrado Corazón (Sacré Cœur) y gozar de una vista excepcional sobre París.
Acto seguido podrá pasear por la viejas calles con encanto añejo y contemplar las obras de arte de los artistas de Plaza du Tertre o tomar algo en el café Deux Moulins.
No dude en coger el laberíntico recorrido de pequeñas callejuelas en su descenso para reaparecer un poco más al Oeste en el animado barrio de Pigalle.
Lugar mítico de vida nocturna; Pigalle cambia de ambiente por las noches para garantizar fiesta y diversión.

The owner was amazing he greeted us on time showed us the apartment and was very easy to work with. Great english, great apartment, great views, great location.
6 flights of stairs after walking all day was a pain but once you got to the apartment it was worth it.

Sebastien the owner was very nice and polite. The location was good in a historical part of Paris. Amazing views from both sides of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equiped.
Nothing of a big deal actually. Only the six flights we had to climb every time, BUT you instantly forget about them just when you enter the apartment.

Definitivamente una experiencia del todo positiva, en todos los sentidos. A destacar la localización del apartamento, sin duda en uno de los barrios con más encanto de París, las vistas.. que cuesta describir con palabras.. Nos dio un vuelco al corazón cuando nos dimos cuenta de lo que se ofrecía ante nuestros ojos desde la ventana de la zona-dormitorio.. La amabilidad y simpatía de Sebastien, y su disponibilidad en todo momento, dándonos buenas indicaciones antes y durante nuestra estancia. Buena conexión con cualquier punto de la ciudad gracias a la red de Metro, a 4 minutos del apartamento. Las fotos que se ven en el anuncio no sólo respetan y son fieles al mismo, sino que la realidad es incluso mejor. Todo pensado para que a quien se aloja en él no le falte de nada...Espacios bien aprovechados, detalles cuidados. Muy limpio. Repetiremos, sin duda.
..Es duro subir todas esas escaleras cada vez.. pero las vistas desde cualquiera de las ventanas del apartamento sin lugar a dudas merecen la pena y repetiríamos sin pensarlo!!

The location is superb and the manager, Sebastien, is friendly, available and very helpful. Internet is consistent and of high bandwidth. All the basics are there and although there is no AC, the windows provide a great cross breeze or, if closed, are incredibly effective at keeping any noise outside. I would definitely use this apartment again.

The appartment was perfectly placed and was exactly as the site described it. My contact Sebastien kept in contact with us before arrival and was there to greet us at the door which made us feel comfortable from the start. He had maps ready for us and reccomended all restaurants and bars in the Montmartre area which we visited and enjoyed. I will definatley be visiting teh appartment again and will definately use Friendly Rentals again. The service i have recieved has been superb! I will also be reccomending your site and also the appartment that i stayed in.
All that i am disapointed at, is that i didnt book a longer holiday!

This apartment has killer views!! Through the bedroom window, you can see the entire Paris including the Eiffel Tower. (Oh, you have to see it glow and glitter at night!) Through the living room window, you can see the vibrant street life of Montmartre and above all the liveliness sits the gorgeous Sacred Heart, the white Basilica. After long day of sightseeing, you can sit at either window forever and just admire! Another great thing about this apartment is the abundance of awesome restaurants just right outside the doors! Sebastien, who is the manager (or owner?) of this place, will give you a list/map of restaurants you must try. Follow his suggestions. "Le Jardin d'en face" has become our favorite restaurant in Paris, and perhaps in the world!! Most of all, Sebastien and his family made it possible for us to enjoy our one-week-long stay in Paris, as part of our honeymoon. His hospitality, kindness and thoroughness were impressive and helpful to say the least. Communicating with him was very easy. In fact, he will find a way to communicate clearly with you! We had such a wonderful stay. We do not hesitate to call this our home in Paris. We will definitely go back~ Thank you, Sebastien!!!

A stylish apartment with great views across Paris. Really well equipped (the internet access from via the TV is especially useful for last minute checking of museum opening hours etc) with a comfortable bed and sofa. The climb to the 6th floor is fairly easy, and worth it for the amazing views. Lovely and quiet at night. Really good customer service from the property owner.

Sebastian, owner of the flat is very nice and easy to deal with. He text me weeks before to make sure things are in order and even booked the taxi for our trips to and from the airport. There are a lot of amazing shops nearby and just a couple minutes walk to the metro. The viewing from the flat is impeccable as La Tour Eiffel is within your eye sight.

Todo está muy bien equipado y nuevo, no faltaba un detalle (menaje de cocina, freebox, teléfono, iluminación perfecta,...). Además es acogedor, silencioso, te sientes como en casa y está decorado con personalidad y buen gusto. Las zonas del apartamento están bien delimitadas, para comer, para dormir y para estar (por ejemplo viendo la tele). Los propietarios son muy amables, formales y están atentos a todo. Las vistas desde el apartamento son impresionantes. El barrio es precioso, muy pintoresco, animado y bien comunicado, con restaurantes, panaderías, tiendas y bares en la calle. Es la primera vez que alquilamos con friendly rentals pero teníamos buenas referencias de amigos y familiares. Estamos muy contentos.

The Haut Perche apartment in Paris, has a front window view of the Sacré-Cœur and a rear window view of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment itself has recently been restored and has everything you could wish for. The double bed at the back allows you to lie in bed and look out at the Eiffel Tower. The double bed is more than comfortable to fit two. The apartemnt has a shower. It is a very modern apartment that still has character such as wooden beams. The apartment is a stones throw from the Sacré-Cœur and the local area is funky and full of lovely cafes and restuarants. Yet when you open the windows and look out over Paris the apartment it is strangley and refreshingly quite. From this apartment you can get to all other Paris tourists attractions in little time. However after visiting the other areas I have to say Montmarte the area in which this apartment is located is the best. Sebastian the owner of the apartment lives across the hallway and is a very nice and helpfull person however he also respects your privacy and is there only when you need him. This apartment is not suitable for anybody who cannot manage stairs as it is on the 6th floor and has no lifts. However the walk up the stairs is well worth it once you get inside this beautiful apartment with its spectacular views! When we return to Paris we will be stopping here again.
