If you do not have that kind of activity in mind, the location makes it a good choice as it is easy to get to from the airport and Palma alike. For most places on the island a rental car is a must, but here you can also enjoy your holiday without one! The only problem might be that you miss out on other things Mallorca has to offer, there is a parking space available for rent in the garage of the building to enable you not to have to worry about finding a parking space when you get back from your excursions.
