This spacious apartment is ideally situated for golfers and familias alike; it is a first floor apartment in a complex with a lovely pool area that you reach by an external staircase. The newly built complex is conveniently situated on the island near both the airport and Palma itself. The area around Sa Torre is one of the prettiest on Mallorca and the recently built golf course with the same name as the apartment is almost literally just across the road! The apartment also comes with parking available, which makes it easy for you to rent a car and really take advantage of all that Mallorca has to offer.

The Maioris apartment is situated within the Sa Torre urbanisation, a tranquil haven where you can be sure to enjoy your holiday outside the hustle and bustle of a big city or a busy holiday resort. There are bars within easy walking distance from the apartment, but the area is mostly residential. There is a bigger shopping centre in the next urbanisation down from Sa Torre where you will fins all the shops you might need during your stay.

The apartment:

The Maioris apartment is situated in a newly built complex where high quality fittings and finishes have been used. There is a large balcony/terrace overlooking the pool area that runs along two sides of the apartment with plenty of space for deck chairs and table and chairs. Because of the apartment's orientation you will have the sun shining on the terrace all day long!

This spacious apartment is ideal for four to six people and caters to their every need. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedroom are identical with twin beds and ample wardrobe space. In the same part of the apartment as the two twin bedrooms you will also find a spacious bathroom with a showerroom and a smaller separate WC.

The living/dining room of the apartment has been tastefully decorated and is ideal for relaxing and resting after a long day out and about sightseeing, or after a day at the golf course. The lovely use of colour throughout the apartment gives it just the right amount of warmth.

The kitchen is fully equipped with vitro ceramic cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher together with all the utensils you might need. Bed linen, bathroom paper and clean towels are all provided.
