Monthly apartment rentals in Lisbon
From time to time our clients need medium term accommodation in Lisbon for a longer holiday or extended business trip. Some of our apartments are available by the month, and we can pass on substantial savings for monthly rentals in Lisbon, sometimes as high as 50%. These are ideal for people who would otherwise be unhappy in a hotel for four weeks at a time, and appreciate the extra space and freedom that our self catering apartments offer, as well as substantial savings when compared to a hotel offering a similar level of comfort. Not all of our apartments offer sizeable discounts for medium term rental, please refer below or call us for help. You will find more information on payment procedure at the bottom of this page.

Please note that the payment procedure for monthly rentals differ from the procedure normally used for nightly rentals:
As with other rentals we require a 25% payment of the rental cost when you make the reservation to guarantee the booking and to block the dates off for you in the apartment’s calendar. The rental balance, however, you are required to pay at least four weeks in advance in most cases. The refundable damage deposit varies; normally it will be the same amount as the monthly rental but this is not always the case. Please check with a Friendly Rentals representative to find out more details relating to your monthly booking.
