This superior apartment is in an area called Diagonal Mar located to the northeast of the old city about a 10 minute metro ride from Ciutat Vella. Also located here is the main campus for Forum 2004 convention which is now used as one of Barcelona's more important venues.

The Victoria III apartment is located about 10 mintues metro ride from Barcelona's old city centre. It is a short 5 minutes walk from the beach itself.

The communal grounds of these apartments are really wonderful. There is a large designed swimming pool for the use of the residents only, as well as beautifully tended lawns, paddle court, play parks for the younger children ..... The area is a really wonderful choice for your vacation, whether as a family or group of friends looking for a great place to relax and enjoy all that the apartment has to offer for a great holiday...

Also, there is a large commercial centre at a 5 minute walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.

The apartment:

The Victoria III apartment, like the other aparmtents such as Renaissance, Modernism, Cubism apartments etc, is located in a brand new modern building, built in 2004/05. This apartment, as well as all the others, has it's own private terrace where the guest can sit back and enjoy some time al fresco, whether a meal or simply sitting back and enjoying the fresh air.... the communal grounds also come with a private swimming pool and there are paddle courts at the disposal of the guest (please bring your own paddles) which is for the use of guests of the building only. There is a "portero" during business hours and a high tech security camera system in place.

This truly great apartment comes with a fantastic terrace from which the guest can gaze out at the lovely sea views while having an "aperitivo", whether a fabulous bottle of penedes wine with some great fuet or queso.... a real treat!!!

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people with a double bed in the master bedroom, twin single beds in the second, third bedrooms and one single bed in the fourth bedroom. Each room is simply yet elegantly decorated and each one comes with plenty of wardrobe space for the guests belongings.

The Victoria III apartment has two full bathrooms, one comes with a full bath/shower unit, and also comes with toilet, sink, etc, while the second bathroom comes just a shower unit, sink, toilet, etc... The bathrooms are mainly done in luxurious grey marble and are very sleek and elegant in look; all come with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.

The kitchen is on a par with the rest of the apartment, new, sleek and shiny it comes with all the mod cons in order to ensure a hassle free stay for our guests... The kitchen comes with a small area for breakfast, although the large living/dining room comes with a dining table and chairs...

The dinning/living room of this apartment is really lovely, it is a large, spacious and bright room, making it ideal to sit back and relax and enjoy the use of TV, DVD, etc while looking out onto the communal grounds and the swimming pool; from here the guests can access the lovely terrace...

Don't forget, although this aparmtent has the use of this lovely swimming pool, the beach is not far at all from the apartment. A short 5 minute walk will have you on the beach enjoying the sunshine and sea...
