Cheery and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms in the historic neighbourhood of Cannaregio, in the centre of Venice
Located in one of the most evocative and well-preserved city areas, the Jacopo apartment is a strategic starting point from which to visit Venice and it’s Lagoon. With two bedrooms it can sleep up to three guests and is therefore fit for a small group or a couple on a romantic getaway to Venice.
The apartment:
The Jacopo apartment is located on the first floor of a period building without elevator access, and is a fully refurbished accommodation, featuring modern, functional furnishings which will allow you to enjoy the usual comforts whilst being in touch with the city’s authentic soul. The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, a living-room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms are brightened by the soft colour tones of the walls and the typical Venetian flooring.
In the living-room there is a lovely white sofa with separate pouffe, a dining table with chairs and a TV corner, while the kitchen is separate and fully equipped for all those guests who wish to cook during their holidays. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an extra large wardrobe, and the other with a small double bed (140x198) and a large wardrobe to place your personal belongings in. The bathroom has been completely refurbished and features a lovely designer washbasin and is fitted with a shower.
It's impossible to find a good reason not to choose the Jacopo apartment for your stay in the centre of Venice!

Cannaregio
Sharing the same side of the Grand Canal with San Marco, Cannaregio district is one of the largest and the most populous of the city center. It stretches across the north-west of the city from Santa Lucia Railway Station almost to the Rialto bridge and it is delimited by the Lagoon, the Grand Canal, Castello and Saint Mark districts. Heart of Venice’s nightlife, Cannaregio is lively young and you can easily explore it on foot along the typical venetian streets called “campi” while enjoying its atmosphere. This district is considered one of the most beautiful and unspoiled part of Venice. Though Cannaregio has noble palaces built along the Grand Canal, the northern part of this district was, and still is, a typical working-class neighborhood scattered with many typical wine bars called “bacari” . Cannaregio is also famous for the presence of the oldest Jewish Quarter in Europe, with its synagogues which represent architectural highlights. Several striking buildings such as the churches of “Madonna dell'Orto”, “Santa Maria dei Miracoli” and the Ca' d'Oro are among the most beautiful and interesting tourist attractions in Venice. The splendid Labia Palace with Tiepolo's frescoes Palace, the Foundations of Ormesini, the Malibran theatre and Marco Polo’s House deserve a visit.

Chiara was wonderful - she was so helpful, pointing out everything in the local area - places we would never have found on our own. Apartment was beautiful and great spot - hard pressed finding a bad spot in this divine city though! Just perfect.

This was the best friendly rental staff we met. We had previously had issues with having to wait up to 1.5hrs for checkin despite arranging time. Here we were met at the train station on time, taken to the apartment, we're given map, suggestions on where to eat what to see etc. Apartment in good location if your looking for less busy area but still within walking distance to everything
