The Moro III apartment is a comfortable accommodation located in a quiet and relaxing corner of Venice's historic centre, just a few steps from the most elegant shopping streets and only 200mts from Piazza San Marco. It will fulfil the needs of a group of friends or a large family wishing to be enchanted by the magic of Venice.
The apartment:
The Moro III apartment is on the 1st floor of an elegant, fully refurbished building in the centre of Venice, without elevator access (approximately 18 steps to the apartment). The rooms are modern, tastefully furnished and ornamented by parquet floors and exposed beamed ceilings. The warm and comfortable atmosphere will allow you to enjoy completely some truly relaxing moments.
The living-room is a carefully furnished space with a sofa, a TV corner, with an adjoining open plan dining area with a table and chairs, which is completed by a modern and fully equipped, open plan kitchen for those guests who love to cook. There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed for the 6th guests, all furnished in an elegant and modern style. The bathroom is functional and simple in style and has a shower.
It should be noted that the Moro III apartment is in the same building as the Moro I, Moro II and Moro IV apartments, which allows for a large group to spend their holidays together without having to compromise their own privacy.
The Moro III apartment is a modern and central accommodation, ideal for those who wish to get to know, first hand, the many faces and facets of Venice and it’s lagoon!

San Marco
The San Marco district is the real heart of Venice and it dazzles visitors with its beauty. It has been for more than a millennium the commercial, religious, cultural and political centre of the city. The district is anchored by the “Piazza San Marco” and the “Basilica di San Marco” to the south and the Rialto Bridge to the north and it includes the adjacent San Giorgio Maggiore Island. San Marco is with no doubt the best known and most visited district in Venice. Piazza San Marco is the centre of this area, renowned throughout the world, framed by fine buildings built at different times which blend together, giving an unmatched performance. Here stands out the Basilica of San Marco with its Byzantine-Gothic-style décor and the Doge’s Palace, ancient symbol of power of the Republic of Venice. Other important buildings are the Coreer Museum and the Clock Tower, consisting of a central tower and two side wings added later. The Clock Tower introduces the visitor to the “Mercerie”, one of the richest and most famous shopping and fashion district. Moving away from Piazza San Marco towards the tony “Riva degli Schiavoni”, from the the Straw Bridge you can enjoy a splendid view of the “Ponte dei Sospiri” (Bridge of Sighs) and of the nearby Palace of Prisons. San Marco is also the musical heart of Venice, home to the legendary La Fenice Opera House; devastated by a fire in 1996, it was reopened in 2005 after an extensive restoration.

L'accueil a été parfait. Les indications de friendly rentals les jours précédents et le jour même nous ont permis de trouver l'appartement super vite. L'accueil sur place a été parfait également, nous avons eu tous les renseignements nécessaires, avec beaucoup d'amabilité. C'est très agréable pour passer un bon séjour!
