It will fulfil the needs of a group of friends or a large family wishing to be enchanted by the magic of Venice.
The apartment:
The Moro II apartment is on the 1st floor of an elegant, fully refurbished building in the centre of Venice, without elevator access (approximately 18 steps to the door of the apartment). The apartment comprises of a large living area, a bedroom, a study and a bathroom. The different rooms are elegant and refined, and are given character by modern furnishings placed together with stucco decorations which frame beautiful frescos.
The living area is the main room as far as the extraordinary period paintings are concerned; these are integrated in an incredible way with the ultra-modern kitchen, the table with chairs, and the TV corner. The bedroom houses a comfortable double bed, an Ottoman pouffe which can turn into a single bed (for the 3rd guest) and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. The study is a separate room, furnished with a bright sofa which can be turned into a double bed for the 4th and 5th guests should the need arise. The bathroom is very practical, has a simple and fresh style, and is fitted with a shower.
The Moro II apartment also has wireless Internet access, air conditioning, heating, washing-machine, dishwasher, safety-box and mp3 player to offer guests an adequate level of comfort.
It should be noted that the Moro II apartment is in the same building as the Moro I, Moro III and Moro IV apartments, which allows for a large group to spend their holidays together without having to compromise their own privacy.

San Marco
The San Marco district is the real heart of Venice and it dazzles visitors with its beauty. It has been for more than a millennium the commercial, religious, cultural and political centre of the city. The district is anchored by the “Piazza San Marco” and the “Basilica di San Marco” to the south and the Rialto Bridge to the north and it includes the adjacent San Giorgio Maggiore Island. San Marco is with no doubt the best known and most visited district in Venice. Piazza San Marco is the centre of this area, renowned throughout the world, framed by fine buildings built at different times which blend together, giving an unmatched performance. Here stands out the Basilica of San Marco with its Byzantine-Gothic-style décor and the Doge’s Palace, ancient symbol of power of the Republic of Venice. Other important buildings are the Coreer Museum and the Clock Tower, consisting of a central tower and two side wings added later. The Clock Tower introduces the visitor to the “Mercerie”, one of the richest and most famous shopping and fashion district. Moving away from Piazza San Marco towards the tony “Riva degli Schiavoni”, from the the Straw Bridge you can enjoy a splendid view of the “Ponte dei Sospiri” (Bridge of Sighs) and of the nearby Palace of Prisons. San Marco is also the musical heart of Venice, home to the legendary La Fenice Opera House; devastated by a fire in 1996, it was reopened in 2005 after an extensive restoration.
