Only 2 blocks away, the Colon metro station gives you direct access to the airport (24 min.) and to the beach (20 min). And about 700 meters away, stands the North Train Station.

This very special apartment is located on a pedestrian street in the commercial district of Valencia. Everything is close by, from stores to bars and restaurants of all types. It is in the very well known Colon area, where you can find exclusive boutiques of the best Spanish and international designers.

The apartment Messiaen has easy access to all parts of the city. Only minutes away on foot from the City Hall square and all of the historic part of Valencia, you can also visit important museums, theaters and many architectural wonders that make the city of Valencia modern and elegant and a city worth visiting.

The Apartment;

The Messiaen apartment is in an historic building, and can sleep 6 people.

It is on a second floor WITHOUT elevator access.

This apartment perfectly combines traditional with modern. High wooden beamed ceilings make it especially welcoming. It has two outward facing double bedrooms with a balcony each. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second has a double bed, as can be seen in the photos. Both have a traditional, stylish layout.

The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa-bed where 2 extra guests can stay very comfortably, or where you can sit back and relax watching TV/DVD.

Tastefully designed, always using select materials and furniture, the owner has done his utmost to preserve the unique character and functionality of this phenomenal apartment. The elongated and modern kitchen has access to the terrace and has all the appliances and kitchen utensils that you might possibly need for cooking, if you wish to do so…

It also has two full bathrooms with a shower each, where you'll find fresh towels ready for use on your arrival.

The apartment is heated by radiators and a hot/cold air conditioning unit.
