The Apartment;
The traditional, and yet totally refurbished Vives 3 home is located on a first floor without elevator access.
Before going up to the apartment guests will be able to park their car privately within the grounds of the property!
Once inside the apartment guests will find a large and naturally bright living room with two balconies that overlook the main entrance. It has two comfortable sofas, one which can serve as a bed for two additional guests, a TV set, stereo, and everything you might need to make your stay with us both comfortable and homely.
The open-plan kitchen adjacent to the living/dining room is very modern, and very well equipped to make cooking simple, pleasurable and fun for guests.
All bedrooms are outward-facing, bright, have double beds, and have individual air conditioning units. One of the bedrooms is en-suite.
The second bathroom has a large shower, and clean towels ready for you to use.

To the north of the Port lie Valencia city’s beaches, Las Arenas, La Malvarossa and La Patacona. Once a traditional fishing area, these wide beaches with fine golden sand, have been over-taken by Valencia’s inhabitants, who come to enjoy the sun and relax. Flanked by a wide promenade, it’s the perfect place to ride a bike, go jogging, play beach volleyball or just take a stroll. Here you will find many restaurants to try the original Valencian Paella or enjoy a drink and some tapas. In the summer the port and the beach offer great nightlife with open air discotheques and bars.
The port of Valencia is located in the east of the city. It is one of the most important ports in Spain and the tenth most important in Europe. It handles 20% of Spanish export, the main exports being food and drink (the Valencian region is famous for its oranges), furniture, ceramic tiles, fans, textiles and iron products. Beside the Industrial Port, is the Valencia Super yacht Marina, the Marina Real Juan Carlos I, and the Port of the America’s Cup. Following the announcement that the 32nd America's Cup would be held in Valencia in 2007, the port underwent radical changes and renovation. It was divided into two parts, one part remaining unchanged while the other section would be used exclusively for the America's Cup festivities. The two sections are now divided by a wall that goes deep into the water. The Formula 1 Grand Prix also took place in the port of the America’s Cup and will be repeated there every summer for the next six years.
