The Handle 2 penthouse is a wide and relaxing attic located 15 minutes away from the center of Valencia. A few meters away from the beach, with a fantastic large terrace and a private Jacuzzi for the apartment itself.
It is ideal for groups; preferably with car transportation; to enjoy the city of Valencia as well as its natural surroundings. Once you are in this impressive attic, you will be able to enjoy and relax in the terrace and in the Jacuzzi (only cold water), and appreciate the good company...
The Handle 2 apartment has wonderful views of the Albufera natural park and the Mediterranean Sea.
The area surrounding the apartment;
The Handle 2 Attic is located only 15 minutes away by car from the center of Valencia. It is also connected to the city with the public bus in a 30 min trip, depending on the time of the year.
This apartment is situated in the privileged area of El Saler, where you can see the Albufera Park which is a natural protected park.
The rich waters of the area feed the fishermen and rice cultivators with good products, creating an excellent local gastronomy. Where you can sample and relish on various types of paellas. Surrounding the area of pine trees is the Dehesa, with its clear waters and perfect sand dunes. A magnificent beach where you can bathe and pleasure the Mediterranean waters!
The development also includes a communal swimming pool.

This impressive apartment attic is on a 10th floor with a lift. It has a very comfortable capacity for 8 persons. And 2 individual sofa beds for two possible additional guests are available. Just after entering, to the left hand side, there is a chill out zone with a double bed that has a mosquito net encapsulating it, and a wide, very stylish, white sofa, and a fireplace. This area can also serve as a bedroom for two, without doors.
Facing it is the entrance to the large terrace (which can be seen from the viewpoint located in the area above) which has several chill out areas, a BBQ, and a jacuzzi tub – only cold water!. The terrace is equipped with stools and space to peacefully enjoy your meals in the sunlight. From the terrace guests can enjoy wonderful views over the Mediterranean sea and the Albufera…
The Handle 2 apartment has four bedrooms, some communicating, but all separated by doors. It has two double bedrooms with double beds, one is a double water bed and two other single bedrooms with single beds, with also the possibility of adding two other single beds…
The living/dining room is a large area, as can be see in the photographs, which is open plan and comprises of a seating area for reading or watching TV, and a fireplace.
The large kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils to prepare meals. The Handle 2 apartment also comprises of two full bathrooms.
The Handle 2 Apartment has natural sea breeze that makes air conditioning unnecessary. Clean towels and bed linen will be provided and prepared for you as soon as you enter this amazing apartment.

Playas
To the north of the Port lie Valencia city’s beaches, Las Arenas, La Malvarossa and La Patacona. Once a traditional fishing area, these wide beaches with fine golden sand, have been over-taken by Valencia’s inhabitants, who come to enjoy the sun and relax. Flanked by a wide promenade, it’s the perfect place to ride a bike, go jogging, play beach volleyball or just take a stroll. Here you will find many restaurants to try the original Valencian Paella or enjoy a drink and some tapas. In the summer the port and the beach offer great nightlife with open air discotheques and bars.
The port of Valencia is located in the east of the city. It is one of the most important ports in Spain and the tenth most important in Europe. It handles 20% of Spanish export, the main exports being food and drink (the Valencian region is famous for its oranges), furniture, ceramic tiles, fans, textiles and iron products. Beside the Industrial Port, is the Valencia Super yacht Marina, the Marina Real Juan Carlos I, and the Port of the America’s Cup. Following the announcement that the 32nd America's Cup would be held in Valencia in 2007, the port underwent radical changes and renovation. It was divided into two parts, one part remaining unchanged while the other section would be used exclusively for the America's Cup festivities. The two sections are now divided by a wall that goes deep into the water. The Formula 1 Grand Prix also took place in the port of the America’s Cup and will be repeated there every summer for the next six years.
