The Orrff apartment is a minute walk from the commercial district of Valencia, where you will be able to find a movie theater, restaurants, and a great selection of fashion shops. One of the most commercial stores in Spain has a supermarket on the corner of the apartment.
This area is constantly developing and is surrounded by various different types of restaurants for you to choose from. About 15-20mins away you can walk to the former Turia River, now transformed into the biggest public park of the city. The area called Cánovas, is one of the most chic, actual and top areas of Valencia, where our guests will have no problems finding the entertainment of bars, restaurants and boutiques. It is an enjoyable neighborhood with buildings dating back to the 19th century modernism style. And at walking distance, you will find the historical center of modern Valencia.
The port and beach are only 5-10 minutes away by taxi, the same with the more historic part of the city – El Carmen neighborhood.
The Apartment;
The Orrff apartment is located on the 4th floor which can be accessed by the lift. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Upon entering guests will find a bright living/dining room decorated in a truly original way with quality furnishings. The apartment's balcony overlooks the main avenue outside the apartment, as you can see in the pictures provided.
The kitchen is long and is located next to the living room, with all the necessary appliances for guests to cook if they should wish to do so.
First, guests will come across two bedrooms with wardrobe space for their belongings. The first of which has two single beds, whilst the second has one single bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, with bathtub, located next to the rooms. The third bedroom, however, is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The Orrff apartment has all the necessary appliances to make your stay as simple and pleasant as possible; Cold/hot air conditioning, TV, DVD, toaster, juicer, hair dryer, etc.

This new residential and luxurious area is situated in the northeast of the C.A.C., within a few minutes walking distance from the river park. With wide streets and nearby shopping centres, the buildings are new and normally equipped with swimming pools and gyms.
The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Spanish) or City of Arts and Sciences is an ensemble of five areas in the dry river bed of the now diverted River Turia.
Designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava in collaboration with Félix Candela. it is an impressive example of contemporary architecture.

The Science Museum opened on 13 November 2000 and is over 40,000 square meters in area and resembles the skeleton of a whale.
L'Oceanogràfic — Open-air oceanographic park
L'Oceanogràfic is the largest complex of its type in all of Europe and has 45,000 animals of 500 different species including fish, mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates — amongst these are sharks, penguins, dolphins, sea lions, walruses, beluga whales, and more — all inhabiting nine underwater towers. Each tower is structured in two levels and represents the major ecosystems of the planet.
The park is divided into ten areas. The marine areas reflect the Mediterranean habitats, the polar oceans — the Arctic, the islands, the tropical seas, the temperate seas and the Red Sea. The park also includes a dolphinarium. The sea water is pumped from the Playa de la Malvarrosa having passed all of the necessary requirements for quality.
