Area surrounding the apartment;
The Bruch apartment is located between the modern and futuristic "City of Arts and Sciences" and the Valencia beach area of Las Arenas and La Malvarrosa. A 10 minute walk from both areas. You can access downtown Valencia via buses or taxi. The airport can be reached either by taxi or via subway from a nearby subway stop with direct access.
There is a wide range of various foods and nearby you'll also find plenty of beach side restaurants where you can try typical Valencian dishes. Numerous entertainment hotspots are located in the Bruch apartment's surrounding area.
The apartment;
The Bruch apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator of a newly built high quality building. It features video intercom, air conditioning via ducts in all the rooms and two parking spots.
The entrance of the apartment, with a reinforced door, is colorful and leads directly onto an eye-catching corridor. On the right you will find the first bedroom, with two single beds. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe and a full length mirror. The window, overlooking the F1 track, allows for plenty of natural light.
Next on the right is the second bedroom. It has two single sliding beds on one single metal structure to gain space. Between the beds there's also an adjustable desk (see pictures). The room has an outward facing window that provides plenty of light and a built-in wardrobe and mirror.
Down the corridor on the left is the bathroom, with bathtub and a large mirror with modern lighting. Across the corridor, just opposite, there's a built-in wardrobe.
At the end of the corridor, behind a sliding door on the left, is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It has a double bed with a beautiful blue headboard and a large built-in wooden wardrobe. At the far end of the bedroom, there is a window providing natural light and a desk with two chairs. The bathroom has a large and colorful shower unit and toilet. All decorated in shades of orange.
Just outside this bedroom is the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated in white and orange colors, which brightens the room. The dining table has several stools of perfect height for comfortable dining.
In the living room, there's an eye-catching decorative fireplace, two gray sofas and an armchair in black leather to relax in. There is also a center table, set on a bright orange rug. The living room has a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a top-notch Home Cinema audio system. From the large balcony, at a distance, guests will be able to see a large section of the Formula 1 race track.
The Bruch apartment is perfect to enjoy a few days at the beach and also the historic city center, with all the comforts of a modern apartment: bright, with wooden floors, and tastefull decor. A good choice if you also wish to enjoy the Formula 1 on city streets.
Av. Del Puerto
This impressive avenue (about two kilometres long) links the Aragon area to the Port and the Valencia’s city beaches. It is also within walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences.
The port of Valencia is located in the east of the city. It is one of the most important ports in Spain and the tenth most important in Europe. It handles 20% of Spanish export. In the main food and drink (the Valencian region is famous for its oranges), furniture, ceramic tiles, fans, textiles and iron products. Aside from the Industrial Port, is the Valencia Super yacht Marina, the Marina Real Juan Carlos I, and the Port of the America’s Cup. Following the announcement that the 32nd America's Cup would be held in Valencia in 2007, the port underwent radical changes and rennovation. It was divided into two parts, one part remaining unchanged while the other section would be used exclusively for the America's Cup festivities. The two sections are now divided by a wall that goes deep into the water. The Formula 1 Grand Prix also took place in the port of the America’s Cup and will be repeated there every summer for the next six years.
To the north of the Port lie Valencia city’s beaches, Las Arenas, La Malvarossa and La Patacona. Once a traditional fishing area, these wide beaches with fine golden sand, have been over-taken by Valencia’s inhabitants, who come to enjoy the sun and relax. Flanked by a wide promenade, it’s the perfect place to ride a bike, go jogging, play beach volleyball or just take a stroll. Here you will find many restaurants to try the original Valencian Paella or enjoy a drink and some tapas. In the summer the port and the beach offer great nightlife with open air discotheques and bars.
