The Hayden Apartment in Valencia

Area surrounding the apartment:

The Hayden apartment is located in the most historical and cosmopolitan part of the city; right next to the main train station and only 2 minutes from Valencia’s City Hall building. Also walking distance from the Cathedral and various other historic places of Valencia.

Europe’s largest fresh food market is only a walk away. You will also find many other supermarkets of different origins, and on Tuesdays an open air flea market. You will also be able to find a great selection of bars, restaurants and discos in the area.

The apartment has excellent connections to the beach, the City of Arts and Sciences and to Valencia’s international airport on different public transportations. There is a direct underground line to the airport!

The apartment:

This vast and impressive 7 bedroom, all exterior apartment is on the 20th floor.

Immediately upon entry you shall be on the floor that has all bedrooms. The first is on your right, decorated all in white and with a double bed.

Across a door and up a set of wooden stairs, found right on your left, you access the upper floor whilst still on this floor and on your right there is a second double bedroom with black and white decoration. The third bedroom, with tiger inspired details, also has a double bed. These three bedrooms all count on large windows with incredible views to the city of Valencia.

Moving forward, there is a fourth bedroom with two white single beds. Right in front, there is the apartment's first bathroom, with a shower.

The fifth bedroom is on the corner, with double angular views and access to the balcony. These bedrooms have wardrobes to store your belongings.

The last bedroom found in this floor is the largest, considered the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi. It has two entrance doors, built-in wardrobes and two single beds.

Up a set of wooden stairs, you will find the rest of the Hayden apartment. On your right, you will find the last bedroom, which used to be the housemaid's room, in the past used by people in charge of the estate. It is now furnished with two single beds, washing-machine, and an independent entrance through the service stairs.

Walking down the hall and to your right, with several doors, is the fantastic terrace, which counts all along its full length on several chill-out areas with white sofas where you can relax and admire the incredible views of Valencia.

Opposite the terrace there is a large kitchen, in green tiles, and equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchen-ware to cook if you so wish.

Next, you will find the enormous corner living-room, with several different areas. Right on the corner, there is a small bar with stools. The lounge is next to the dining table and followed by large sofas, with a view onto the terrace, which you can access through a door. On the terrace you will find a second table with chairs, and a barbeque where you can keep enjoying the fantastic Valencian climate.

On the opposite inner corner of the living room there is a final bathroom with a shower unit. The apartment comes with bedlinen and fresh towels for all guests.

The Hayden apartment has heaters and air conditioning to make your stay a pleasant one whether in the winter or summertime.
