This apartment of stately antique construction but recently renewed with a very good taste is located just a few minutes away on foot from the most important monuments of Valencia.

The Rafael apartment is well located in the centre of Valencia, strategically near the historic bohemian El Carmen neighbourhood, just like Plaza Reina, Plaza de la Virgen, the Botanical Garden, the central Market, etc. Everything very close just on foot.
A few metres away, there is the Angel Guimera train station which joins the airport and Valencia’s beach.
Very close to this apartment, you will also find a leisure area with numerous restaurants, bars and discos such as Joan Llorens.
The apartment:
The Rafael is a beautiful three bedroom apartment, located on a 5th floor with elevator. The apartment has been completely reformed according to high standard guidelines in order to ensure excellent comfort to its guests.
Once you get in, you will find a luminous entrance hall and at the end of the corridor there is the principal bedroom with a double bed, a marble en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub and a wide dressing room.
Next to it, with no doors, there is a luminous dining room. It has two comfortable sofas, a big TV, DVD player, music player, wifi internet, a glass table and enough chairs in case you want to spend your day at home.
The modern colourful kitchen includes all the necessary cutting-edge electrical appliances in case you need to cook.
After that, there is the second bathroom with a bath and sink. You will find fresh towels upon arrival.
At the end of the corridor, there are two other bedrooms. The first one has two single beds. The other one has a trundle bed. All bedrooms have enough space to store your belongings.
This apartment has a tiny bedroom used as laundry. Also, it has direct access to a little balcony offering a great sight of the Gran Via. It has air conditioning as well as heating.

Juan Llorens
Juan Llorens is one of the main nightlife areas in Valencia with lots of bars, restaurants and discotheques.
It is very close to El Carmen and the city centre, called Ciudad Vella.
The neighbourhood of El Carmen is 1000 years old. Some of the most important monuments in this area are Plaza Redonda, Torres de quart, Portal de Valldigna and the Iglesia Del Carmen.
One of the main features in El Carmen are the original holes in the massive towers of the Torres De Quart made from the cannonballs from the time of Napoleon. The ancient winding streets of the Barrio del Carmen contain buildings dating to Roman and Arabic times. The Cathedral, built between the 13th and 15th century, is primarily of Gothic style, but contains elements of Baroque and Romanesque architecture. Beside the Cathedral is the Gothic Basilica of the Virgin (Basílica De La Virgen De Los Desamparados). The 15th century Serrano and Quart towers are part of what was once the wall surrounding the city.
UNESCO has recognized the Late Gothic silk exchange (La Lonja de la Seda) as a World Heritage Site. The modernist Central Market (Mercado Central) is one of the largest in Europe. The main railway station, Estación Del Norte, is built in art deco style.
Lots of young people and lively bars contrast old stone bridges and antique door-knockers giving El Carmen a unique charm.
There are loads of bars, restaurants, pubs and discotheques to spend a night of partying. Unique shops and boutiques in different styles, from vintage to modern brands, you will find them all over El Carmen.
In the city centre, to the south of the Carmen, you will find all of the international boutiques and the national commercial brands.
The largest square is the Plaça de l'Ajuntament, which contains the town hall (ajuntament), a cinema which shows classic movies (La Filmoteca), and many restaurants and bars.You cannot miss the majestic post office with paintings on the ceiling.
