Designed with contemporary details, the marvellous Medel apartment has a wide private comfortable terrace with open view. Also, it has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The apartment surroundings;
This apartment is located just a few minutes away from the Calatrava complex. Its strategic location is half way between the beach/port and the historic center of Valencia. Both areas can be reached by public transport or by taxi - in only five minutes.
In the area where the apartment is located, everything being close enough, you will be able to find all kind of services: several supermarkets, chemists, drugstores, tennis clubs with clay tennis courts, artificial grass and paddle courts, apart from different classic and popular fish and seafood restaurants.
The apartment;
The marvellous Medel apartment of contemporary design and good taste details has all of its facilities at hand. It’s very comfortable!. It is located on a 5th floor in a quiet residential area with elevator. It has a wide terrace with open view and there are no buildings near it.
It has been reformed according to high standard guidelines in order to ensure excellent comfort to its guests. It is also very luminous and has elegant white doors in all of its facilities apart from several air conditioners and radiators in order to satisfy its guests in all seasons.
The Medel apartment is prepared to host up to 8 guests. Once you get in, you will find separated by a white kitchen cabinet the dining room and a kitchen stylish opened. It includes cutting-edge electrical appliances and enough space to storage them. The dining room has a table made of glass and metal with 8 seats.
On the left corner and entering by a white door, you will find the first bedroom with a double bed and a wide wardrobe so the guests can keep all of their belongings.
Climbing up two steps from the dining room you will enjoy the lounge with three large windows that make this part of the apartment very light. There are two big sofas, one of them being sofa-bed where the seventh and eighth guests will sleep very comfortably. The flat screen TV is placed on the wall in order to provide a better sight.
Walking through a door placed on your left, you will enter the second bedroom which has two single beds and an open stylish wardrobe all in orange. From the lounge, on your left, you will be able to enter a wide terrace, fully furnished with amazing views as can be seen in the pictures.
The two bathrooms being modern designed with wide showers are separated and placed wall to wall next to the kitchen.
At the back, you will find the third bedroom with two single beds and an open stylish wardrobe.
It doesn’t matter the reason why you visit Valencia, you will be astonished by the Medel apartment!

The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Spanish) or City of Arts and Sciences is an ensemble of five areas in the dry river bed of the now diverted River Turia.
Designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava in collaboration with Félix Candela. it is an impressive example of contemporary architecture.

L'Oceanogràfic — Open-air oceanographic park
L'Oceanogràfic is the largest complex of its type in all of Europe and has 45,000 animals of 500 different species including fish, mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates — amongst these are sharks, penguins, dolphins, sea lions, walruses, beluga whales, and more — all inhabiting nine underwater towers. Each tower is structured in two levels and represents the major ecosystems of the planet.
The park is divided into ten areas. The marine areas reflect the Mediterranean habitats, the polar oceans — the Arctic, the islands, the tropical seas, the temperate seas and the Red Sea. The park also includes a dolphinarium. The sea water is pumped from the Playa de la Malvarrosa having passed all of the necessary requirements for quality.
