The Bolling I apartment is located just minutes away from the America's Cup Marina and the Formula 1 city race track.
From this relaxing and bright apartment you will be able to look out onto the beach and enjoy the great Valencia weather on the communal terrace. It's located only 50 meters from the beach and has good connections to the historical center.
The building has two identical apartments, so you can also choose to rent both of them for larger groups. If this is your case, ask our office for potential discounts.
The surroundings of the apartment;
The apartment Bolling I is situated next to the beach in Valencia, called Las Arenas and very near to the sports port. It has metro, bus and tram within a walking distance of 3 minutes. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go to the centre of the city and 40-50 minutes to go to the airport. Also there is a taxi stop just in front of the apartment.
“La ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias” is situated about 10 -15 minutes from the apartment by taxi or by public transport.
It is a residential zone but as it is so close to the beach, it hasn´t got any large stores just next to it - 10-15 minutes walking distance. La calle de La Reina (The Queens Street) about a five minute walk from the apartment has all the services. Restaurants and bars are to be found at the beach and at the port, very near to the apartment.
The apartment;
The Bolling I apartment is located on a first floor WITHOUT elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
This bright and spacious apartment ensures a very pleasant and relaxed stay in Valencia. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful temperature on the beach, and also in the city while discovering all the city's cultural activities.
To the left of the entrance, you will find a double bedroom with two single beds, and on the right, a second and third bedroom with one double and two single beds respectively, both with good views.
Just in front, you also find two large independent bathrooms with spacious showers.
Down the corridor you will find the rest of the apartment, all in one open loft-style space. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with absolutely everything you might need.
The living room blends modern decor and modern amenities with rustic ones. This area has a TV, DVD player, and two comfortable sofas, one of which can be used as a bed for two additional guests. There is also a table and chairs for everyone, as shown in the pictures.
The communal terrace is located up two flights of stairs, from where you can see the Mediterranean sea close at hand, and has outdoor furniture such as a table and sofas where you can relax.
If your mind is set on visiting a large city but still enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Mediterranean Sea, only feet away, this apartment will delight you.
Playas
To the north of the Port lie Valencia city’s beaches, Las Arenas, La Malvarossa and La Patacona. Once a traditional fishing area, these wide beaches with fine golden sand, have been over-taken by Valencia’s inhabitants, who come to enjoy the sun and relax. Flanked by a wide promenade, it’s the perfect place to ride a bike, go jogging, play beach volleyball or just take a stroll. Here you will find many restaurants to try the original Valencian Paella or enjoy a drink and some tapas. In the summer the port and the beach offer great nightlife with open air discotheques and bars.
The port of Valencia is located in the east of the city. It is one of the most important ports in Spain and the tenth most important in Europe. It handles 20% of Spanish export, the main exports being food and drink (the Valencian region is famous for its oranges), furniture, ceramic tiles, fans, textiles and iron products. Beside the Industrial Port, is the Valencia Super yacht Marina, the Marina Real Juan Carlos I, and the Port of the America’s Cup. Following the announcement that the 32nd America's Cup would be held in Valencia in 2007, the port underwent radical changes and renovation. It was divided into two parts, one part remaining unchanged while the other section would be used exclusively for the America's Cup festivities. The two sections are now divided by a wall that goes deep into the water. The Formula 1 Grand Prix also took place in the port of the America’s Cup and will be repeated there every summer for the next six years.
