The Pergolesi studio is located at the heart of Del Carmen district. From the terrace you can see the Palace of the Generalitat, located less than a minute from Plaza de la Virgen. If you want to live really close to and experience the most traditional and historic area of the city, this neighbourhood is very advisable.

All the most important and principal architectural building works of the city are located in this area, the biggest modernist market of Europe, the Cathedral, Del Carmen museum, the botanical garden, IVAM, MUVIM and a lot more, can be reached in a couple of minutes while just wandering around.

There areseveral places where you can get to the Beach, the new port of Valencia and the futuristic city of arts and sciences, using public transport if you wish so.

The apartment;

The fabulous Pergolesi studio is located on the 4th floor (the last floor) with elevator although there are a few steps before reaching the elevator. Please note that the lift is not available at the moment.

The Pergolesi apartment has been built all in the same space, but separated very cleverly by stairs, using the upper section as the bedroom and downstairs the lounge – dining room – kitchen.

The bedroom, located on the upper part of the apartment, has a double bed. The up-to-date modern and simple design, turns it into a very original area.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed that can be used for the third and forth guests. Please note that the sofa bed is just 1,20 cm. The apartment also has a plasma screen TV and DVD which makes this area very pleasant to relax and enjoy company.

The best part of this apartment is undoubtly, the wide and wonderful ¨L¨ shaped terrace where you can enjoy Valencia’s nice temperature together with good company and with a great Spanish wine.

The kitchen which can be shown or hidden from sight, matches the rest of the apartment, being totally new. It provides you with all the necessary equipment to make your visit very pleasant.

Complete bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, and is located on the lower part of the apartment.
