The area surrounding the apartment;

The Handle Attic is located only 15 minutes away by car from the center of Valencia. It is also connected to the city by public bus in a 30 min trip, depending on the time of the year.

This apartment is situated in the privileged area of El Saler, where you can see the Albufera Park which is a natural protected park.

The rich waters of the area feed the fishermen and rice cultivators with good products, creating an excellent local gastronomy. Where you can sample and relish various types of paellas.

Surrounding the area of pine trees is the Dehesa, with its clear waters and perfect sand dunes. A magnificent beach where you can bathe and enjoy the Mediterranean waters!

The development also includes a communal swimming pool and different courts for varies sports.

The Apartment;

This impressive apartment attic is on the 10th floor with elevator. It has a very comfortable capacity for 8 persons. There are also 2 individual sofa beds for two possible additional guests.

This very modern, bright and spacious apartment will make your time in Valencia a relaxed and unforgettable one. Enjoying our wonderful temperatures from the terraces and/or the private pool, or even a good massage looking out to the ocean...

The main entrance has two doors for security. As you enter you will see a wide area that begins at the dining room and kitchen. Following that is a type of green house, with beach sand, flowers and a tree... as a type of zen garden.

As you can well appreciate from the pictures, next there is an open area that is decorated as a reading area, a TV and chimney area, with a bar and stools and a round sofa bed for 2.

Two of the double bedrooms share a complete bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom en-suite has terrace views where the pool and barbeque can be seen.

Going up a flight of stairs is the second terrace, including comfortable sun beds. The apartment also includes 2 white sofas, and a massage table looking out to the Mediterranean Sea.

The Handle Apartment has natural sea breezes that makes air conditioning unnecessary. Clean towels and bed linen will be provided and prepared for you as soon as you enter this amazing apartment.
