The Vives Apartment in Valencia

This spacious and attractive house, has two floors and is decorated and designed with traditional and contemporary pieces. It has its own private garden and also a communal garden, balconies... and the entire second floor is the bedroom.

The area surrounding the apartment;

This very cosy but elegant duplex-house is located 2 minutes away from Valencia’s central beach, La Malvarrosa, traditionally known as the old fishing district.

Close to the apartment you will find all types of local stores. There will also be, depending on the time of the year, a great collection of bars, restaurants and discos.

It is well connected to public transportation, including two tram lines; with direct access to the historical center of Valencia and the unforgettable City of Arts and Sciences.

This impressive, well illuminated designer duplex is located very close to the Mediterranean Sea, making it an excellent choice for a relaxed visit to our modern city of Valencia.

The apartment;

The Vives house is located on a first floor with NO elevator. On the top floor, there is a loft type bedroom (more than 70m2) with a low double bed and a second bed of 1,20cms in the same space.

Before entering the Vives apartment, you will find a beautiful private garden (only for two families) with a variety of plants, trees, a small fountain, and some rest areas to sit back and enjoy nature.

Once you enter the apartment, on the first floor you will see a spacious and bright living room that overlooks the garden from 2 balconies. Included are an antique table, sofas, and one sofa-bed that can be used for the fourth and fifth guest. TV, DVD, Digital TV, and an electric piano; all provided for our clients to sit back and relax after a long touristy day in Valencia.

In an open space without divisions, you will find (as well as appreciating the pictures) a big dining room with a wood and metal table with a capacity for 6 people.

At the end of the open and stylish kitchen you will see large wide windows. The kitchen is also equipped with the necessary appliances and storage space.

On both floors, there are plenty of shelves with a variety of interesting books. Also available to you are radiators for winter and on the top floor air conditioning for Valencia’s famous summers.

The Vives apartment has two large stylish bathrooms with showers.

Walking up to the second floor by a staircase, you will find the very spacious loft-like area with high ceilings and wooden beams, keeping the traditional decoration. One space has a low double bed on the floor, and a music stereo. And in the same area is a second 1.20cms bed by a balcony that overlooks the living room.
