The Hummel apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator and equipped with all the facilities and services that you might need to make your stay very pleasant. This spacious apartment - although situated on a popular street full of atmosphere -is quiet and comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The area Canovas and Ensanche is the perfect area to plan and travel around Valencia. It is located just a 15 minute walk from the historic center of Valencia, where you can enjoy a day shopping in the best national and international boutiques.

In this area, you can find the famous modernist market of Colon, where you can enjoy a nice snack, shop in trendy boutiques, or go to the small food market where you can buy all kinds of quality products. This market is a restored Art Nouveau landmark that gives life to this area with its restaurants and terraces.

Across the street, there is the old Turia riverbed, where you can enjoy the excellent climate of Valencia and discover the city with long walks or cycling. You can also access the nearby restaurants, and enjoy the cuisine of Valencia on the terraces of the Paseo de La Alameda, just a 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment;

The modern Hummel apartment with high ceilings and large windows which lets the sunlight flow inside, is elegant and spacious, fully equipped with designer furniture where you will really feel at home. It is located on the fifth floor with elevator and has capacity for six guests.

As you enter the apartment Hummel you will find a wide hallway with a spacious and bright living room on your right. Next to this, in the same space, there is the dining table for up to 6 guests. Next to the dining room, separated by sliding wooden doors, you will find a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed for cooking...if desired.

On the other side of the hall you will find a corridor that leads to the interior of the apartment, enter into a warm area with soft and soothing colors. You will find two comfortable twin bedrooms with two single beds in each, fully equipped with desks, filling the role of office, if desired. Next to them, we have a full bathroom with bath/shower. Fresh towels and linens will be ready for your use on arrival.

The master en-suite bedroom has a large double bed and a complete dressing room within the same space. The bedroom is decorated with warm and soft colors to ensure a more comfortable sleep. All of the bedrooms are quiet.
