The Reger Apartment in Valencia

This classic apartment which is situated in the Avenida del Puerto offers all the services and equipment necessary to ensure your stay is very enjoyable.

You can enjoy the City of the Arts & Sciences which is situated nearby and also the outside activities on the beaches and in the America’s Cup Port of Valencia. It is also an area that communicates easily with the rest of the city.

The area around the apartment;

The Avenida del Puerto is the longest avenue in the whole of Valencia and is known for it’s good communication with the rest of the city of Valencia whether by car or public transport.

It joins the heart of the city with the Port of Valencia and the beaches of La Malvarrosa and Las Arenas. You can enjoy the various open air activities on the beach or visit the Port where, in summer, they construct the Formula 1 Urban Circuit.

The apartment;

A large apartment situated on the fourth floor with lift, garage and storeroom and with capacity for 7 people. It has all the facilities necessary to make your stay more comfortable.

This modern and at the same time rustic apartment is decorated with tones that are soothing and warm as you can see from the photographs.

A small reception hall separates the apartment in two. To the left there is a spacious lounge/dining room with a table for 6 people, two comfortable sofas and large full length windows which make it light and airy.

On the other side of the hall there is a long hallway leading to the rest of the apartment. Here you will find a large kitchen with all the electrical equipment and accessories you need to prepare whatever meal you want. There is also a pantry and a small exterior gallery.

The main double bedroom is large and en suite. There are two other twin bedded rooms and a third large single bedroom. All the bedrooms are decorated rustically with plenty of wardrobe space for you to hang your clothes.
