The Abad Apartment in Valencia

The Abad apartment overlooks the port where the Copa America took place and within the new urban F1 circuit in Valencia.

This spacious, bright, new and modern apartment is ideally situated opposite the port, where The American Cup took place. The area around the apartment;

The Abad apartment is located about a 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach in Valencia city, called Las Arenas and from the balcony of the apartment you have a view of the port in front. There is an underground located less than 5 minutes away. This line connects the beach with the center (in about 10-15 minutes) and the international airport of Valencia – (in about 30-40 minutes).

The City of Arts and Sciences is also located approximately 10-15 minutes by taxi or public transport.

The area is residential with all of the necessary facilities to make your stay more enjoyable.

The apartment;

The apartment Abad is located on the sixth floor and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

This spacious, bright and modern apartment will make your stay in Valencia very cosy and pleasant. Enjoying the wonderful temperatures on the beach, and also in the city, discovering all the cultural and emblematic buildings Valencia has to offer.

As soon as you enter the apartment, to the left are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both rooms are spacious and beautifully designed; as you can see from the photographs. All of the bedrooms have plasma TVs and enough space to store your possessions in large wardrobes. The first bathroom is next to them, and it has an almost round whirlpool bath. Fresh towels and linens are ready for use as soon as you enter the apartment.

The third bedroom with two single beds is located in the curve of the corridor, before reaching the bathroom, which is equipped with a large hydro-massage shower.

The living-dining area is at the end of the hallway and is very spacious and well decorated with modern designer lights, and ethnic figures offering a very pleasant atmosphere for the guests. The living room has a large TV and DVD (blue ray), a stereo and a comfortable sofa where guests can relax after a long day of adventures around Valencia. It also has a small balcony, where you can see the port and urban F1 circuit.

The dining room with room to seat six guests comfortably is next to the kitchen with an attractive circular bar. The ultra modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances to cook your favorite food, if desired.
