In the neighbourhood of the Barber apartment are various restaurants and you can access Valencia’s largest park “El jardin del Turia”. The neighbourhood Canovas is located within 20 minutes walking distance. It is a lively, chic area with bars, restaurants and boutiques. It is one of the most elegant areas in Valencia with many buildings of 1900 architecture. From there you can easily access the historical centre of Valencia.
The apartment is just 2 minutes away from the only urban commercial shopping centre in Valencia equipped with cinemas, restaurants and filled with many shops. A supermarket is located just on the corner of the building.
The port and the beach are 5-10 minutes away by taxi , as well as the historical centre – El Carmen.

The apartment Barber is located on the sixth floor with elevator. It has capacity for 8 persons, an additional 2 persons on travel beds.
The spacious living/dining room has views to the City of Arts and Sciences from the terrace – as you can see from the photographs. The terrace is also equipped with a hydro massage shower.
The spacious kitchen is next to the living room, separated by the bathroom, and is fully equipped with all the necessary things to prepare any meal, it also has a seperate laundry area.
Downstairs you will find the rest of the Barber apartment. Three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds with spacious wardrobes for all your belongings and share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a small glazed balcony. The double bedroom with a king size bed has an en suite bathroom.
The Barber apartment has everything necessary to make your stay nice and easy. It is equipped with air-condition cold/warm, separated on every floor, TV, DVD, fridge, toaster, juicer, hair dryer, big exterior windows, etc.

The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Spanish) or City of Arts and Sciences is an ensemble of five areas in the dry river bed of the now diverted River Turia.

L'Oceanogràfic — Open-air oceanographic park
L'Oceanogràfic is the largest complex of its type in all of Europe and has 45,000 animals of 500 different species including fish, mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates — amongst these are sharks, penguins, dolphins, sea lions, walruses, beluga whales, and more — all inhabiting nine underwater towers. Each tower is structured in two levels and represents the major ecosystems of the planet.
The park is divided into ten areas. The marine areas reflect the Mediterranean habitats, the polar oceans — the Arctic, the islands, the tropical seas, the temperate seas and the Red Sea. The park also includes a dolphinarium. The sea water is pumped from the Playa de la Malvarrosa having passed all of the necessary requirements for quality.
