This designer attic apartment Bassani is located less than one minute from the Port where the America’s Cup and the Formula 1 took place and has the added luxury of a Jacuzzi (not hot water) on the terrace.

From the modern attic you can see the port with direct views to Formula 1 urban track. The best beach of the city of Valencia is also located within 5 minutes walking distance.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The attic Bassani is located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beach of Valencia, called “Las Arenas” and just one minute from the port. It has an underground station nearby. This metro line connects with the line that goes to the city centre (10-15 minutes) and the airport (40 minutes).

The “City of Arts and Sciences” is also located just 10-15 minutes away by taxi or public transport.

The area is residential and disposes of all the necessary services to make your stay comfortable.

The apartment;

The apartment Bassani is located on a 5th floor WITHOUT elevator and has capacity for 4 persons. It also has 3 single sofa beds for 3 additional guests.

This luminous and modern apartment will make your stay special, where you can enjoy a good Spanish wine or the great temperatures on the terrace or in the Jacuzzi.

On entering the apartment you will find the modern living/dining room, as you can see in the photographs. To the left of the living room you will find the Jacuzzi on the terrace with views to the port of Valencia and to the Formula 1 urban track.

This wide interior is equipped with TV, DVD, a comfortable sofa bed and a table with 6 chairs for your meals.

The totally equipped kitchen has an open design, decorated with style and full equipped with all the necessary implements to ensure a hassle free stay.

The 2 bedrooms with double beds are of a modern design and cosy. One of them has an en-suite bathroom in the bedroom without doors. Clean bed linens and towels are provided.

The apartment Bassani is equipped with A/C to make your stay comfortable in summer and winter.

Apartment decoration is in fashion, good view from the terrace with Security alarm to protect us. Friendly guy who did check in for us. The great thing is that we can access to the internet. That's a wonderful place where we all like it.

The location of the apartment, quality of the equipment, nice view from the terrace, jacusi, the air conditionning, the cleaniness. We also enjoyed how recent was the apartment and the nice design.
No lift for 5 stairs but not a big issue for a short stay.
