The apartment Paganini is situated in the most entertaining and chic neighbourhood of the city. Where you will find a great selection of bars, clubs and restaurants, without even having to leave the historic neighbourhood of Valencia. It is situated very close to the cathedral, the central market, the botanic garden, the IVAM, MUVIM, etc…everything within walking distance.

You have comfortable and rapid access to the beach, to the new port of Valencia and to the city of arts and sciences, using public transport near the apartment.

In addition to this, the biggest local park in Valencia is located next to the apartment; called Antiguo cauce del río Turia.

The apartment;

The Pagagini apartment is very bright and has been recently decorated. It is located on a 6th floor with elevator and has a little balcony with view to the park. It is in a quiet street.

As soon as you open the door you will find to your right the second bathroom, followed by the kitchen which is separated to the living room. It is totally equipped. Modern in style to make sure that you can prepare any meal you like.

The comfortable and spacious living/dining room is located next and disposes of a balcony. It provides you with a big and comfortable sofa which really fits in with the light and the modern ambiance of the apartment. It also has a Sony TV 50 with overhead projector and a Bosé music system; as you can see on the photographs.

The principal en suite bedroom is wide and luminous and disposes of a large doubled bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have enough space for your belongings.

One bathroom is equipped with a nearly round bathtub and the other with a shower.
