This modern and recently remodelled apartment is located 10-15 minutes by foot from the centre of Valencia near the Town Hall, the Bullring and Central Station.

The Merula apartment is located in the heart of the city only 10 minutes from Plaza España. The famous Town Hall is only a short walk away and nearby is the Central Train Station with direct access to the airport and many other parts of the city.

Only a few minutes away you will find the Colon area which is the commercial area of the city with the best shopping. You will find both designer boutiques and more commercial shops to cater to all budgets.

The apartment is very conveniently located with excellent public transportation links. You can go by metro, bus or taxi to any part of the city with ease. The City of Arts and Sciences, the beach or Port (site of the Americas´ Cup and the Formula One) are just a short ride away.

The Merula apartment is located in the Juan Llorens neighborhood and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Valencia. There are bars, restaurants, shops, discos etc. to keep you amused. It is easily connected to all other neighborhoods as well; including El Carmen, the historic centre of the city, Plaza Canovas and the beach.

The Merula apartment is located on the second floor and has an elevator for your convenience. It has room for 6 guests.

The bedrooms are separated by a hallway and both have twin beds that can be used seperately or put together. There is plenty of wardrobe space in each room to store all your belongings.

The Merula apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with both tub and shower. One of the bathrooms is ensuite. Of course, clean towels and sheets are provided for each guest.

The kitchen is very modern and has all the appliances and utensils necessary for you to prepare a gourmet meal if you so desire.

At the end of the hallway lies the spacious and modern living/dining room. There is a large sofa-bed where the 5th and 6th guests can sleep, and where you can relax after a busy day exploring Valencia. There is a TV and DVD for your use as well. The dining area has a large table for 6 diners.

The Merula apartment has air-conditioning and heating to make your stay more comfortable regardless of what time of year you visit Valencia.

Plaza España val

The area of Plaza España is lively and central, within walking distance to El Carmen and Juan Llorens, the main nightlife areas in Valencia with lots of bars, restaurants and discotheques.
The Carmen neighbourhood is around one thousand years old. It has undergone extreme change and is now full of young people and lively bars.  This lifestyle in contrast to the backdrop of old stone buildings and hidden courtyards, huge wooden doors with high door-knockers (to be reached from horseback) gives the Carmen a unique charm.
Brimming with bars, restaurants, pubs and discotheques it is a lively place to spend your evening. Unique shops and boutiques of different styles, from vintage to modern brands abound in el Carmen.
In the city centre, to the south of the Carmen, you will find all the international boutiques and the national commercial brands in a nice ambient. The largest square is the Plaça de l'Ajuntament, which contains the town hall (ajuntament), a cinema which shows classic movies (La Filmoteca), and many restaurants and bars.You cannot miss the majestic post office with paintings on the ceiling. The neuralgic centre of Valencia is all around the area of Colon.

It is also very well connected with the public transport, with direct lines to the airport, to the beach and the port.
