The Granados Apartment in Valencia

This modern family apartment is located in a very good neighborhood in Valencia only a few meters from the Gran Via and Plaza España.

Situated on an important, bustling avenue with rapid access to the historical centre of Valencia, this apartment is perfectly placed to explore the city. There are 2 metro stops close by to enable you to move around all areas of the city with ease.

The Granados apartment is located in a well-established, traditional neighbourhood with all the amenities. It is a 5 minute walk from the old traditional meat market and slaughter house which is now a modern culture and sports complex.

The lively area called Juan Lloren is within minutes of this apartment. Here you will find very good restaurants, bars, discos and all sorts of activities to keep you busy and amused.

All of the historic monuments of the old centre of Valencia are within a 15 minute walk and the other attractions of this spectacular city, like the City of Arts and Sciences, the beach or the Port are only a short metro or taxi ride away.

The Granados apartment is located on the third floor,

with NO elevator

and has room for 6 guests.

Upon entering, you´ll find the comfortable and bright living/dining room with 2 small balconies and 2 comfy sofas where you can relax and unwind watching TV or a DVD after an intense day exploring the city. The apartment also has a WiFi Internet connection to allow you to stay in touch with friends or work. The dining area has a table and space for 6 diners.

The kitchen is located next to the dining area. It is spacious and modern with all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare that special meal.

The first bedroom is on the exterior with a balcony on the main avenue and has 2 twin beds and ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

The second bedroom, is an ensuite and is separated from the rest of the flat by a small hallway. There is a double bed and plenty of wardrobes for storage. The bedroom, like the rest of the flat, is decorated in a very elegant style.

The third bedroom has bunk beds and a small alcove housing a wardrobe and an area for children to play.

The Granados apartment has 2 modern bathrooms with showers. Clean sheets and towels are provided for each guest.
