The Berstein Apartment in Valencia

The Berstein apartment is only a 5 minute walk away from the Port of Valencia where the America´s Cup was held in 2007 and where the Formula One urban track will be held in August 2008.

This spacious, bright and modern apartment is located very close to the Port. Just a short walk more and you can also enjoy the best beach in the city of Valencia.

The lovely Berstein apartment is situated only 10 minutes walk from the closest beach in the city, called Las Arenas, and 5 minutes from the spectacularly renovated Port of Valencia. Both are bustling with shops, bars, restaurants and other activities for you to enjoy. There is a metro stop within 5-10 minutes of the apartment to make exploring Valencia a breeze. The historic centre of Valencia is just a short ride away and on the same metro you can also reach the airport in 30-40 minutes.

The modern city of the Arts and Sciences designed by Spanish architect Calatrava is also within easy reach using public transport or by taking short 10-15 minute taxi ride.

The residential zone in which the apartment is located has all the amenities you will need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The apartment;

The Berstein apartment is found on the third floor and there is an elevator at your disposal. The flat sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.

This large, bright and modern apartment will make you feel at home. You can relax in style and comfort after enjoying the lovely temperatures of Valencia, the beach, the city and its monuments and attractions or its nightlife.

As soon as you enter the apartment on your left, you will find the kitchen which is totally equipped with all the modern appliances and necessities to enable you to cook a gourmet meal if you so desire. There is a table and washing area available as well.

The living/dining area is found on your right. There is a PIANO as well as a table with room for 6 guests. This spacious room has a TV, DVD, music system and 2 comfy sofas at your disposal. It will be easy to sit back and relax here after a busy day exploring the mysteries of Valencia. There is also a small balcony off the living area from which you can see the old Grau market.

Passing through a doorway you will find the bedrooms. The first has 2 twin beds. The second has a trundle bed and the third, the master suite, has a double bed and complete bathroom. All bedrooms have ample space to store your belongings as well as clean sheets and towels. Both bathrooms have tub and shower and all the necessities required.
