The Narvaez Apartment in Valencia

The attic duplex apartment Narvaez is 5 minutes from the fantastic City of Science and Arts in Valencia and close to the historical centre.

This fantastic, spacious and modern attic is in a neighbourhood, called Canovas, a very popular area in Valencia to hang out. From here, you can reach the historical centre, and the modern and futuristic City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias) very easily walking.

The apartment’s neighbourhood

The apartment Narvaez is within 5 minutes walking distance from the impressive City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias). Next to the apartment is located the biggest park of Valencia, the so-called old riverbed of Valencia – Jardin del Turia.

The neighbourhood Canovas is located in one of the most hip and trendiest areas at the moment, with a lot of bars, restaurants and cafés. This area is very interesting and fun, where you will find good vibrations. Nearby you also have the “Mercado de Colon”, one of the neighbourhoods most chic, with lots of exclusive national and international boutiques.

You can reach the beach or the port within 10-15 minutes by taxi or public transport.

The Apartment

The duplex-attic is on the 8th floor and has an elevator, but you still have to climb one more floor. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons.

As you enter, to the left, there is the en-suite master bedroom very spacious with high ceilings and a double bed. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower. A small passage separates the bedroom from the living room with its open, completely equipped, kitchen in a very modern style. The living room has two very comfortable sofas, one of them is a sofa-bed where the 5th and 6th guests can sleep confortably.

The second bedroom is situated upstairs and it has two single beds and a bathroom with a spacious corner bath tub. Both bedrooms provide enough space for your belongings.

The best part of the apartment is the beautiful terrace, which is accessed from the living room through two large windows. The dining room is situated in the roofed first terrace, between the living room and the open second terrace. You will surely feel very comfortable there.

The apartment Narvaez disposes of everything necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible; plasma TV, DVD, fridge, toaster, juicer, and hair dryer…etc.
