Brand new stylish apartment near the Council Hall.
The Sinatra apartments are together. This fantastic and very comfortable apartment is located in the Ruzafa district near the Council Hall – 5 minutes’ walk. It is tastefully decorated with an ethnic, clean and modern look which will ensure that your stay in Valencia will be a relaxing one.
The area surrounding the apartment;
The Sinatra apartment is situated in the heart of Valencia's 19th century Ruzafa district; full of good bars and trendy restaurants. When looking to experience Valencia's 19th century architecture, this is an excellent area. It is also located very near to the historical part of the city with all the main landmarks.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to everything. The council Hall is the main centre of the city, a starting point to the Old Town and near to the Cathedral, the Market, museums, and so on... From here you can also catch numerous bus and train connections wherever you might want to go!
5 minutes walking you will find the main train station; with an underground line going directly to the international airport of Valencia, and to the beach.

The Sinatra I apartment is ideal for a couple looking to rest away from the madness of the busy Old Town district. It is a very stylish and comfortable apartment with a very modern look to it and comes fully equipped to ensure that your stay is a hassle free one.
The approximately 55 m2 consists of a large living-dining room with an open full kitchen, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom, and it is located on a 4th floor with an elevator.
As you enter, the inviting and comfortable living/dining area is the ideal place to sit back and relax after a long day sightseeing or shopping. It comes with a TV and a DVD. The dining area holds a dining table with matching chairs where the guests can enjoy a meal.
The double bedroom has two single beds and a balcony – as you can see in the photographs.
The open kitchen style blends with the living-dining room perfectly. It comes equipped with all the basics and more: pots, pans, juicer, toaster, fridge, etc.
The bathroom is clean, modern and fresh looking. It contains a shower unit. Bed linens and towels are all provided.
