The apartment Albinoni is near the neighbourhood Canovas; you just have to cross the historical Cauce del Rio Turia, the biggest public park in town. It is one of the trendiest and more chic areas in Valencia, with a lot of bars, restaurants and boutiques. It is a very nice neighbourhood with Art Nouveau architecture from the 19th century. The historical centre of Valencia is also within walking distance of this area.

The apartment Albinoni is within 5 minutes walking distance to the one and only urban shopping centre of Valencia, where you can find cinemas, restaurants and boutiques. The biggest chain of supermarkets has a store just in the corner of the street where the apartment is located.

You arrive at the port, or the beach, within 5-10 minutes by taxi - also to the historical centre of Valencia, called El Carmen.

The apartment Albinoni is located on a 2nd floor with an elevator. It also provides a car park and a swimming pool, according to the terms of use. The apartment can accommodate two persons, but it also has a bedroom for a child – on request.

This comfortable apartment consists of a spacious, bright dining/living room in a very modern design. Everything is in white - as you can see in the photographs. The complete bathroom has a shower with hydro massage.

The totally equipped kitchen is connected to the living room through a lateral door and a big window, from where you can see the swimming pool and the child's play area.

The double bedroom is situated at the end of a small corridor and disposes of enough space for your belongings. This apartment also has a single room.

This great apartment has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and nice. Plasma TV, DVD, fridge, toaster, mixer, hair dryer, etc. Everything is exterior so you can enhoy the wonderful mediterranean light. You also have a separate room for your laundry.
