It is one of the trendiest and more chic areas in Valencia, with a lot of bars, restaurants and boutiques. It is a very nice neighbourhood with Art Nouveau architecture from the 19th century. The historical centre of Valencia is also within walking distance of this area.

The apartment Albinoni is within 5 minutes walking distance to the one and only urban shopping centre of Valencia, where you can find cinemas, restaurants and boutiques. The biggest chain of supermarkets has a store just in the corner of the street where the apartment is located.

You arrive at the port, or the beach, within 5-10 minutes by taxi - also to the historical centre of Valencia, called El Carmen.

The apartment Albinoni is located on a 2nd floor with an elevator. It also provides a car park and a swimming pool, according to the terms of use. The apartment can accommodate two persons, but it also has a bedroom for a child – on request.

This comfortable apartment consists of a spacious, bright dining/living room in a very modern design. Everything is in white - as you can see in the photographs. The complete bathroom has a shower with hydro massage.

The totally equipped kitchen is connected to the living room through a lateral door and a big window, from where you can see the swimming pool and the child's play area.

The double bedroom is situated at the end of a small corridor and disposes of enough space for your belongings. This apartment also has of a single room.
